Goodbye April. Okay, so! That thunderstorm last night was terrible!!! I got in the shower earlier then planned because I was afraid the power would go out. Which would suck. So I was ready early, and tried to ignore the scary black clouds by watching American Pie that was on the tv. #2 of the series. Then I left at 6:55 and was freaking out so much I had to call Amber just to feel better. I then took 2 pictures of the scary clouds and arrived at Julie's just as it was beginning to rain. I ran inside, along with Jen, Matt, and Skylar. Then we watched people arrive. Oh, and they were completely drenched. Even if they had an umbrella! The weather was just awful. So scary. I was kinda hyper because of it for the first hour, but then settled down, lol. I took many pictures last night. I had a good time too. So, with the weather, streets were flooded and when I mean flooded I mean that Jamie 'floated' to Julie's house. Because on one road, water was up to her hood. Yeah. Bad. So they designated me as the leader to drive home, lol. They actually waited for me to leave so they could follow. lol. But hey, whatever. I was brave. So I went home, got home around ... 10:00 I'd say. Edited the pictures and that was it. Today I woke up at a nice late hour. Wait, just kidding! Grant texted me and woke me up and I was falling back to sleep when I got another say I could call him. So I did and that was that, but hey I could care less about sleep. I hadn't talked to him in a while so :D I eventually took a shower and later went to school for the art show. To see the results!! Turns out!: I got Student's Choice for my Mardi Gras picture! This one! I'm quite quite pleased. They don't rank anymore, which is upsetting. But three won Student's Choice (Tori was the other 2, lol, go us!!!) and three Judge's Choice, and one Principal's Choice. Good way to go out, since it's senior year and all. I took many pictures there too. And got lunch, and drove by the house that had the tree smashed through it from Katrina. This one. I'll show you the picture tomorrow. Okay, now. Crazy huh? Turns out, the house is empty and they are just rebuilding. I wonder where they went. That was the first time I've been back since Katrina. Wish I could have seen the stages. And wish I got a better picture. ... Anywho. I came home and did homework, did the Sunday night tv shows and now doing this. 10:23PM

I hate the rain and we are about to get some terrible thunderstorms. I mean, just look at it. Scary. I hate seeing all that red. Okay so, make it 'map in motion' and be worried for me. Meh... Anyway, so I woke up to a phone call from my dad this morning. He wanted me to go to his desk and look through his papers for a number. I couldn't find it to save my life. I must have looked for like 30 minutes, and nothing. He said arg fine, and came home (he works an hour away), but mom found just as he was leaving (and it was in a different spot. In the kitchen, a different room!) But he came home anyway. The problem was: our garage door was broken and that meant I couldn't drive mom to the airport. Ah crap! So they left and I stayed back so the garage door people could come. They did and I have freedom to leave by car again. Amazing. I felt quite stuck, and was nervous because I have this Senior Soiree thingy tonight at Julie's house. And how was I to get there? Not a problem. Sorta, I'm just worried about the storm moving in. I went out for lunch, or picked up some. I did some homework, I worked on some pictures. Sometime later I'll get ready and go to Julie's. Ack, the rain. I'm quite worried. 3:25PM

Yay! Today is Friday! For real this time! Well in Calc today, our teacher had had enough of us, we were paying attention, just not talking a lot. But I thought we were doing fine. So instead we all went down to the art show. Which out to work well because I voted in the photography (yeah, and for 3 of my pieces, lol, hey.) and turns out I didn't get the chance to go down there later. So good thing! So while I was down there my teacher said I could put in my 2 other color prints. But crap! They were at home, oh well. I'm okay though. I'm quite satisified with my 6. I was helping her out by putting up the tags. I was standing near my Mardi Gras one, and actually placing the ocean tag on mine, when these two young girls, maybe .. in 3rd grade ran up to mine. One pointed out "Look!! She's naked!!" and ran away, lol. And that me laugh quite hard, because they probably had no idea I was right there. Totally wish I had said, hey that's me in there. lol. Would have been awesome! So on I went to Eng. Then Stats and ended up playing Scrabble with 2 of 4 teachers there and 4 other students (including myself). Needless to say, I lost. lol. I left as they were still going after the bell and then went to Photo in a hurry to see all my pretty pictures. About 20-24 of them, lol, that's a lot! I then sat and worked with pictures with Julie for the rest of the hour. Then went to lunch with Amber to Wendy's. She turns to me when the rest of her posse isn't there. But Jen has been some crap and going with other people these past two days now. I'm like why? But I don't care because I have my new posse of Tori, Julie, Jessica, Byran, and Lauren, and Rachel at lunch too. So it's not that big of a deal. But okay, lol. Anyway. Went to the office to see about my password for my Astron exam, make sure they had it. They did and the one in charge told me that she loved my Mardi Gras pic. !!! Good! She was the 1st to approve it, and the comment meant a lot. :D Then 6th was spent sitting and listening to my iPod that works again. Whoot! 7th it was just me and Graham and the teacher and we went over some AP stuff for Eng. Then I went to Wal-Mart after school and bought mom a disposable camera. I was ashamed of buying such a thing, lol. Then went home and relaxed. Talked to Grant. Texted Michael as he said, interesting picture in the art show. Lmao. I hope it wins!! Tori said she went over to my Photo teacher and saw a list with her and my name on it (and a few others) and she asked what it was and my teacher was all ooh, um, well you see, it's .... the role of the class? ... No. lol. So maybe it's a tally of the winners! I sure hope so. I would love to go out strong my senior year. Back in 9th I got 1st place Judge's Choice for my puppy picture. I haven't been in the art show since. That's 10th and 11th, the only years I haven't been in it. From K-12. Yeah. It felt weird too. So that's it!! 9:48PM

Today felt like Friday. In fact, this whole week has felt like a Friday. Strange. Anyway. So... remember that last Stats test I thought I did rather well on? Well, ... lol I got a C. the lowest C possible, but hey, it's not a D or F. I'm happy. As long as I can walk away with a B, I'll be even happier. Instead of going to Photography, I went to the gym (as the school art show is being set up and my teacher is doing the photo section, which you know, makes sense.) and I was to show her my 4 prints that I brought. 1 Mardi Gras, 1 Alaska, and 3 Maine ones. So I'm going to be using the Mardi Gras (my fav ever), the Alaska, and one Maine. And then I have 3 black and white pictures. So 6 total, and the limit is from 3-5. Whoot! Tori has the same. lol. Go us. We both said how we'd love to put all of our work in. I'm telling you, it's soo hard to narrow things down. So anyway, my teacher wasn't so sure that the Mardi Gras one would be approved, but it was!! And people love it and think it is really something. I hope it does well. This is the one I'm talking about. I love it. So I went with Bryan, Julie, and Rachel to lunch, at Subway. And Jessica joined us after a while. Then Astron was distracting. Since I don't have my iPod to block people out. Oh, and Bryan gave me suggestions on what to try, since it died on me. I printed with Tori in 6th hour. And this newish guy Jordan joined us. Then watched this show in 7th. After school I dropped my stuff off in my car and then went down the darkroom and printed with Julie from 3-5pm! We printed lotssss. So much. We ran out of clothespins to hang up stuff. And by that, you should know we printed a lot. lol. Had a lovely lovely bonding time too. Then we went back to the cars and saw that a baseball game was going on. So we went to that for a little bit. Maybe 20 minutes. But ah crap I forgot I had to stop by the senior drape portrait place before it closes. I drive over and I'm to look at picture 4 and 5 and decide which I like better. I personally hate them both. I think I look stupid and my eye and mouth are doing the stupid things they do. I know I can do better taking and posing better if there had only been more pictures taken of me. There were only like 6 or 7. Which is not enough. Come on. Anyway, so I just settled for one of them and left. I got some Burger King and then went home. And dad grabbed my iPod to try to figure out what's going on with it, and it started working! lol, okay! Whatever, I'll take it and go from there lol. I worked on Astron, did picture business, watched the Office, have talked to Grant a bit. He's leaving for his senior trip tomorrow :( Which means I can't see him for an even longer amount of time. I haven't since prom (Apr. 9!) Meh.. So I'm still in love with The Fray and want to get their CD. And of course still wtih People In Planes. I need to find a better supplier of these types of CDs. The school day was fine. Since I've left, it's been uber uber craptacular. I had to get up extra early today as we were to practice arriving to school early for the AP tests. It was rainy too. Scary. Actually I wasn't too freaked out as usual, so that's some improvement! It was hot in Calc. All my classes seemed to last forever today. Strange. Stats was hot, same class whaddaya know eh? Went to lunch with Rachel and Julie, had an NHS meeting. Crap, Muffins Marielle. Buy em. Okay, was a note to self. 5th and 6th were soo long. omg! But at least in 7th we had the talent show. I had of course brought the camera to take pictures, but did video mostly. I won't put them up here though. So now it's time for after school. I had those mardi gras pictures arriving at my house so I was worried they might get hurt or wet. But mom said they arrived fine. Okay. I go get some gas since I grabbed the wrong credit card today. Then go to Kadair's to get my four 8x10s. They are okay, but I see soo much wrong with them. Things I fixed digitally on the computer, and these are from the negatives, so I can't do anything about it. And on one, the crop was all wrong and killed the picture. Grr. And they cut my damn negatives. I asked them not to, but they did. And now they don't fit correctly. *sigh* They did get the CD though, so that's good. But it looks like the roll is noisey. Again. Got 20% off that though. Because of the cutting issue. I left there and went to the mall. I met up with my mom and bought a cocktail dress for this Senior Soiree thingy I have Saturday. Yeah, Idk. I needed some dress though. I'm happy with it, but didn't want to get one though. Needed it. So we then went to Victoria's Secret since I could get 10 bucks off of a bra. Did just that. I like it. Anyway. Went to put away the dress and bras in the car, and I saw and said hello to Brad and Mike. Not like you know them, but hey. Reference for me later. Then mom and I ate some dinner. Then she drove me to my car and went to get gas with the correct card. I then came home and opened up my mardi gras package. ..... I am fucking pissed. The pictures are bent in numerous places. I paid 21.95 to have them arrive safely, not bent. So mom called them up and they will ship overnight some new ones. But that might be too late as it will take a day or two to print. Which puts me too late for the show! ARGH. I want to kick someone's ass over it. Not really, but it's just soo upsetting when I put the effort and especially the money into it. To be shut down. And now my iPod is officially dead. It was bound to happen as I've heard, but now it has. I've gotten the sad smiley face of an iPod on the screen. I've got another headache, maybe it's a Grant withdrawel lol. Hey. You never know. Today: oo I'm tired. After this blog I'm getting ready for bed. I'll make it early tonight. It's the goal. My left hand is covered with a list of things to do. I'm happy to say that I knocked off ...7 things today. Awesome! I've got ...6 left. Ew, it was humid today. So gross. I won't miss this LA weather. After my trip, getting me in the college mood, but what I mean by that is the idea of leaving and not seeing/talking to these people (kids in my grade) ever again: (this is one big messy sentence now) I haven't been on the internet (AIM) hardly at all. I've signed on twice within the last 10 days. A total of maybe 10 minutes. I'm beginning to block people out. I'm just like ehh. Oh well. I've got 10 days left with you guys, so ehh. I got my Prom posed pictures today. They are nice. They effed up our order though. As we only got half of what we paid for. But mom called them up after school and the other half will be mailed to me, so that's good! Went with Jamie, Amber, Nick, and Carl for lunch today. ...Awkward. Haven't gone with them in quite a while. Probably won't tomorrow, as Jen is practicing for the talent show tomorrow afternoon. I drove Jamie's car from the Photo room to the parking lot, and omg, she sits soo close to her wheel it's not even funny. If she ever got in a crash, her legs would be broken in a million pieces. So during 6th and 7th today, we saw a drama class play. It was alright, quite funny at times. They did a lovely job. After school I went to the bank and then stopped by dance to drop off something. Got a call from Jamie saying that tennis was cancelled, as I figured because it was raining. So that's it for and tennis this year then! They are going to regionals, but I can't go. I need to stay at school and learn. Or prepare for the AP tests rather. So I came home and did some Astron. During dinner I was watching Scrubs and I liked the end of the episode song they had playing. (My grammar is awful tonight. I know it's usually crappy, but tonight, whoa) And I knew I had heard that voice before and I was right. It was How To Save A Life by The Fray. They are awesome. And it's an awesome song. I hate headaches. Yes I do ooo ooooo. This one is due to not having enough caffeine. I was .2 away from rounding up, which would have lead to a 3 on my practice Calc AP test. Bah!! So close. It hurts. Turned in my awesome Eng paper. Got a 2 on my Stats practice AP test. Expected a 1, so I'm quite pleased! Brought home my non-selling picture from the shows, in Photo (all of them. well 3/6 because the other 3/6 will be in the school art show that's coming up.) Had lunch with Amber. Did some Astron. The rest of the school day was uneventful. After school, Jen went over the hip hop dance with me. That was good. Then I went to Kadair's asking about the CD, picking 6 pictures, and bringing in 4 picture to be enlarged into 8x10s. Oh, it's going to be expensive. Had some shipped to my house today. Or will arrive on Wed, also when I pick up the Kadair's ones. I needed some caffeine as my head was going to asplode so I went to a Starbuck's in target and got a nice drink. It was hot, but I really didn't care. Then I dropped some books off at the library. Then I came home sat for a second and then went to dance. We pretty much finished it so that's good. I was a in great hip hop mood so I learned a lot, or thanks to the drink lol. Picked up some dinner, did some Astron (omg, working ahead), watched 24 and that's about it. Real quick because I have to do, or attempt, 2 of 3 more cards for school. Today was fine. Got a nifty text message from Grant. Finished my paper. Completely. Finished Tale of Two Cities, which means I read like 100 pages this break to finish that book. Completely. Didn't get to Frankenstein, but it's not a problem. Around lunch today I went to Barnes & Noble to look for the People In Planes CD, couldn't find it. Or from what I saw anyway. Then I did get the new American Photo magazine, which is awesome this time. As usual. I went over to Starbucks because I was missing my fix, and none of you get that because I didn't put up that VT/VA page yet. Crap. Oh well. I'll try to this week. So I got that and went home. Finished in the time it took me to get home. The thing was practically liquid, usually there is some ice mixed in, but the chick grinded it all up. And um. Yeah. Typing quickly. You should read this quickly to get the effect. Or start now. lol. So these cards I mentioned in the first sentence. It's for the faculty breakfast sometime next week, teacher appreciation something or other. It's Alice in Wonderland themed and yeah. I'm doing the, oh come to our NHS free breakfast. And I should have had them done a month ago and seeing how it's either on the 2nd or 3rd I should turn them in. Hence, I've still got 2 more to go. lol. I may do another night. Finished typing up the trip last night. I've got nothing better to do right now so maybe I'll put together the page tonight. I finished my paper. For the most part anyway. lol. But that I mean: the outline is done. And the rough draft is done too. Which means, I just have to print out the rough draft, make some scratches on it, fix the scratches and I'm done done. done done meaning over all. Finisheedddddd. Okay, glad we got that cleared up. I'm loving People In Planes at the current moment. Here, I got the link for you. My fav, as I haven't heard too much, would be Moth, and the acoustic is just as awesome. UVM is the place for me. I mailed off the no's and yes's or yeses or yess today. (lol.) So right, went to the post office before they closed. Then came back home. Sat for a bit and then went to Kadair's to drop off two rolls of film. One from the trip, and the other roll was just something I had filled up. Well, that's a lie. There's probably only 8 or so pictures on it. Oh shit!! I forgot to ask for a CD on those. Dammit all.... Arg. Crap. So hm. Dammit. Okay, I'll just see if I can get it done when I go to pick them up. Crap. I was asking so much (hand processed, no prints, don't cut negatives, but singles and machine on the other) that I forgot. Crap. Anyway. Then went to the mall to get some lunch. Came home, did the paper, pretty much done lol. Soo I want to put one of those Mardi Gras pics in the school art show (if allowed) and I just want them to be put into some contest, but I forgot how I made it exactly so I spent a good hour trying to make a 2nd version of one image. Um, not easy. And it's still not the same. But it'll have to do. I'm going to cut down this website. Pretty much getting rid of a lot of 'You' stuff because I don't want to keep up with it anymore. Hello! I'm back! Trip went well and I have of course recorded the trip in a written blog format. I still need to finish up Tues-Thurs, but that shouldn't be too terrible to do. We came in last night. I then shared pictures and such with my mom. Slept in today which was fantastic. Haven't since the trip. It's always nice to be back in your bed. Which will oddly lead me into: why I was on the trip. It was to decide on where I'm going to college. Looks like it's going to be University of Vermont! I liked it best there and would be very happy there. Quite a change from Louisiana. Which is of course, important and amazing to know. I'm sporting a new key chain as they handed some out for free. Those metal links that many people have. I had a blue one before. Had it about .. 2-3 years. And now it's a red one that says UVM School of Business. That's cool. And today I altered pictures so I can get that usual trip page together. I'm also working on my West Nile paper that is due Monday. (As I'm taking a break from doing the outline right now, eh hehh.) So I'll finish that outline up and then maybe oh yeah, remember now, to finish the trip blog. Hope to get it up before Monday. But I'll be working on the paper all tomorrow. Slept in today and it was amazing. I haven't in so very long. I also attempted in packing today, but at 9:20, I still really haven't. And I leave tomorrow (from the house) at 4:50am. lolol. So after this I'm off to pack. I did work on pictures today. And caught up on various websites so that I can fall behind again from my leave of the internet. I did make a trip to the bank and wal-mart today. It was thrilling and fun. No, not really. Okay, I've walked away from the comp a few times now. Where was I? Oh, boring day. I am tired. But I've made it to spring break. Which means I can sleep in. Wrong! I'm going out of town. Which means there goes by eveyday blogging thus far this year. Because 1, I won't have internet access. 2, I need a computer because I can even do #1. lol. Today!: I was without my car once again today so Bryan picked me up today and brought me to school. I was in a large amount of chaos when he arrived because crap had to bring in the dog and pack a crappy lunch and crap I have tennis after school and ahh too much to carry for my own good! okay throw it into this trunk. lol So that was pretty much how it was. Fo sure. Anyway, got to school on time and began the Calc test. Arg it was a little hard at points, but oh well. It was a practice AP test so no biggy. It's going to count as a test grade and because I showed up, the lowest I can get is a B. Hells yeah, that'll pull me up nicely. Then it was time for lunch. I went out Bryan's car as my stuff was still there. Ate lunch with my new posse. Then went back in to take the Stats test. Oh lord! I didn't study and this made me realize I don't remember anything from more thatn 3 weeks ago. lol. I'm serious. It was very hard. And the baseball players had to leave and some took it while I was doing Calc, so it was me and this other guy. And I finished first. Whoot. Walked around with Jamie and changed for tennis. She brought me there, but first we made a stop at her grandma's place so she could change. Then we made it and it went downhill from there. Or better, because I had a nice time. Those kids love me and I started goofing off and they followed and started screaming when I was. It was kinda cool. I can control them, lol. But Jamie remarked what I started on the way home. hehe. I rock. Anyway. Got home and bonded with mom as she was in my room watching the taped American Idol. Then I'm not sure what I did. Oh! I took moms Honda Pilot to Burger King and Sonic. Sonic for me, the other for her. It was weird to drive it. I did fine though! No problemos. And now I'm about to call it a night because this day was long and draining. It was so hot today at tennis omg! Anyway, glad I got that weather bit out, lol. Off from tomorrow through the 23rd! But oh right. I'm leaving Saturday to visit my 2 accepted colleges. Going with dad. It'll kick ass. I hope anyway. I haven't really thought about it. I'm just hoping we can leave, because we're taking Delta and they are suppose to go on strike that day. Quick because I just remembered something I want to do. I had another Stats today and I think I did well. Again! Which is awesome. Because I'd like to shoot for a high B, if not an A (ever!) this quarter. Bought a CD of pictures from my photo teacher of prom. They rock. OH! So last night we dropped off my dads truck and so I was without my car today. When people pulled up they thought I was absent. So Jen was able to bring me, and drive for lunch, and drive me back home. Went with Tori up to the yearbook room in 6th hour to look at the prom pictures. She's sooo sunburned. I feel for her though, I've been burnt that badly many times before. I've run out of things to say. Oh, I won't have my car again tomorrow which makes things difficult because I have to be early for school tomorrow. I have practice AP tests in Calc and Stats that will last all day. From 8-4ish. Great! Bryan is going to bring me. And then I have tennis after school but I'm not sure how I'm getting there first lol. Oh well. 9:26PM

I don't really want to make this too long. Or take too long anyway. I got my Stats test back today. I got a C!! I can't tell you the last time I got a C in there. I was quite happy. We talked about prom a lot today. The embarrassing moments for people. Went to lunch at Wendy's and I'm standing in the line and the girl working there says, oh don't worry the strips are ready today! And ooo that's sad on my part. And she knew I get a Dr. Pepper too. lmao. Went back to school and it was kinda boring the rest of the day. After school I went to a restuarant with the bowling team. Did it last year too. As seniors, they gave us this nice plaque. Very nice oft them. Has the years we were on the team and 3 pictures. I went home and worked on more picture stuff/homework. Then dad came home and his truck went into the shop so I drove with him for that. And now that's really it. Worked a small bit on the senior skip page, but still not done. 10:02PM

Left the house around 6:50 and got gas. I had such a difficult time finding Tori's grandma's place, but then got a call saying to go to her house instead. I couldn't find that either. I kept making calls to Lauren, Tori, and Julie, lol. Finally got there. Walked around with Tori inside her house and then drove to the grandma's so Tori could get her car. Drove back after some time and Lauren and Kyle came back eventually with supplies for the trip. It was late and just decided to wait up for Jessica and Julie. They arrived and we packed the cars. Tori's and mine. I would need to drive back early the next. Julie and Jessica rode with me and off we went! Leaving at 9:30 to go to Mississippi, so about a two hour drive. We pulled off at one exit, but opps wrong one. Got off at Slidell and went to a grocery store to buy a little grill to use there. lol. Bought it, got back on the interstate and finally made it to the beach house at about 11:30-45ish. We made many u-turns at the end there because Tori couldn't recognize the house because 1, the front half is gone, 2, no lights there, and 3, had to judge by the trees. (remember, Pass Christian was hit badly by hurricane Katrina and most houses are completely gone. She was lucky to only lose half) So we drive up and omg, it was soo creepy seeing it. Wow. So very. We unpack and bring a few things into the cottage (guest house) and then we set up the grill. But a part was missing so we rigged it together, haha. Then put some hamburger meat on it, but it kept falling through so I had a hot dog and grilled cheese. It was cold, whoa! But we had the nice little grill going so that helped. Then we went to sleep at about 2. Woke up at 11. Had breakfast, pissed in the bushes once again. (no running water, electricity) Got dressed for the beach and went down. Took lots of pictures there. Came back and walked around the main house. Seeing it person, it's just such a difference compared to seeing the destruction in pictures. I'll still post. It's just crazy. Things like fridges were knocked over, but a pasta jar was still in it's place. So surreal. Jessica and I left for home, but we stopped back in Slidell for some lunch at her grandma's place. Drove back the rest of the way. I dropped her off at her house and went home and went right back out to hip hop. Jamie was there so we talked about the weekend. --Prom was great. So I did random things until about 4. Then I finished getting ready and eventually Grant arrived a bit after 5:30. We took pictures, cute. Then left to go to Julie's place. Got there first and went inside. The rest of the group arrived, well except Tori and her date Matt. But the rest of us took couple pictures than a nice big group one, or several. Then people followed me down the road to Kiva's for dinner. They were angry with our group because we kept calling in changing the seating number. So we said 14, but ah crap, we meant 16. So 4 of us were at another table and we begged them to put us together. Not sure what the big deal was, but whatever. They finally did. Sat next to Julie and her date/boyfriend Blaine. He's a cool guy. Our end had a nice time together. We left the restaurant after 9 and drove to the dance. We arrived, I parked, walked in, took pictures and then turned in his jacket and my camera, which was a tense moment apart, lol. Really. I couldn't exactly move very well in the dress but we did dance to the slow songs which was fantastic. King/queen were picked and that was fun to watch. It was Peter and Mollye. You don't know, but that was for me. Then we left a bit before 11:30 and drove back to my house where we changed. Then we went to Ryan's house. This part of the night was very fun. I was waiting for Julie to get there because we were going to split drinks. And she took maybe 1.5 hours. I took a few pictures. Finally Julie got there. I pretty much sat around with Grant, Blaine, Julie, Bryan, and Kaelyn. It was good fun. Grant walked me to go piss outside as someone was throwing up in the bathroom. Um, it was gross, but I had to go. We go back and our couch was taken over by Bryan and Kaelyn. So we went to the car and slept there. A lot of people did too. Woke up around 6:15. Left Ryan's and drove to his dad's place. Then he left after some time. But uh oh, he left his shoes at Ryan's. I went back and got them, but he didn't want me to bring them to him. So I'll just be hanging on to the them for a few weeks. As it might be quite a while before I see him again. Still thought it was odd how he didn't want them, it wasn't a problem to drive back. lol. Oh well. So I came home and looked at the digital pictures which I'll put up here in time. And then I took a shower and now I've just been relaxing. You know, I think I only had about 1-2 hours of sleep last night, but feel pretty fine. Good night last night. 11:56AM

(later) Last update for today then. Anyway so I ended up not going to see where the hair place was, but instead went to Tropical Cafe for some lunch and to pick up some meat. Came back, ate, and was quite full and crap, I've already said that, lol. So I left like 10 minutes after the last update. Anyway, lol. Drove to hair place, got there in about 35 minutes. And it was chaotic there. It was apparently the grand opening to the whole area. I went to the chair and she began to work away. There were a few issues on getting my hair to tease up enough. It's just so fine and thin, tis difficult. Anyway, I like the finished result. There was another girl, probably a Jr or younger and she was getting her hair done. I arrived after her and left before her, lol. But the poor thing got it curled and I saw people do that last year and it fell out before prom even started. I couldn't take that chance. Anyway so I came back home and saw my dad talking to Krisitn's mom. Kristin was in the car so I went over to see her hair and she saw mine. Was lovely, lol. Then I went inside and grabbed the sleeping bag stuff. Was talking to Bryan, but he seems to have disappeared. oh well lol. So now I think I'll go pack for the next few days. Not really sure to bring, so I'll just grab stuff, lol. Thing is, Tori's beach house doesn't have electricity, so no A.C. I love my AC it'll be hard. lol. (Doesn't have electricity because that area was hit by Katrina. And she lost half her real house there. The pool is gross. The guest house and garage place survived and that's where we will be. They do have running water. Well, sorta.) 3:25PM
--Okay, somewhat of an update on what I'm doing for now. Woke up at 7:30 and got in the shower. A bit after 9 I got gas and got my nails done. And my toes. Then I went and picked up my manflower for Grant. Came back to the house and made a nice map for him too. Then went out to get some lunch and now I'm quite full so that'll be it for me until dinner. Must be hungry, but must fit into the dress first! I was at a good weight today so I'm not too worried, but time will tell lol. At 12:30 I'm going to leave to go to my hair appointment. Not sure what I'll get done, but that happened last year and she just did her thing and it turned out fine. Then I'll come back and pack and just get ready. Grant should arrive at 5:30 and then it's to do the prom activities. I'm pretty excited this year. I'll be going to after prom and then tomorrow probably to Tori's beachhouse. And haven't decided if I'll be staying there on Monday too. Monday is senior skip day, so whoot!! I hope I'll get a chance to update tomorrow because I've updated everyday so far this year. I know I'll miss it in a few weeks, but I want to keep it going as long as possible. Maybe another update here later. Maybe. 12:23PM

I'm tired and have a long day, well weekend, ahead of me. Morning classes were fine. But oh, woke up early today because he was going to call me before his 7:15am test, which I would normally be in the shower from 6:40ish-7:00ish. Did talk to him, lovely. For lunch, I waited 10 minutes for Jen to show up, but she didn't so I went to Burger King and got some food by myself. She called me as I was leaving asking where I was. She later met up with me. Afternoon classes were the usual. After school I brought back the two DVDs from last Saturday. At two different locations remember, lol. Then I went to a do it yourself car cleaning place and washed my car for prom. And omg, it is so clean. I'm quite proud of the effort and turnout of it. I'm weird like this, but it was fun, lol. I forgot how much the car can shine, lol. Anyway, so I was hungry and stopped at Cane's. I came home, ate, and while I was working on some pictures I get a call from Julie. She says, come have dinner with us. I say okay and meet up with them at 6:45 at Jason's Deli. I got there a bit early so I ran into Barnes and Noble to see if they sold the Hush Sound CD, nope. Went to Jason's and saw Lauren there. Eventually, Tori, Kyle, Darrell (can't spell), Julie, and Jessica show up. We go in and they order. I had already eaten remember. We go outside and have a nice time. At least I did. Eventually left and I followed Julie to her house and Lauren went that way too. So Lauren got this mystic tan done and it turned out quite badly on her hands and feet. They were soo orange, it's not even funny. Actually it was and I took many pictures with my phone. lol. So Julie and I watched as she tried to fix them. Didn't work. But Jessica showed up. Then us 4 went to Wal-Mart and Lauren got some body hair bleaching stuff, I got some mascara, and Julie got some makeup. lol. Jessica got a cold coffee drink. Went back to Julie's and watched Lauren bleach away. Quite funny. And then I left at 10:30 because I was tired. And omg, got stuck at one light for 10 minutes. Awful. Anyway. Night! 11:20PM

Today was full of excitement. Waited for a very long time for our sub in Calc. Filled out senior superlatives, like most likely to succed in Eng. Showed some color/digital pictures to my photo teacher/ class in 4th. That Mardi Gras is a hit, and I should just go for it and see about putting it in our school art show. But it might be controversial, which is exciting, lol. Went home for lunch since I forgot my baby picture for the 2nd day. Turned it in when I got back. Oh, some idiots were playing the 'awkward game' at lunch. This weird group of 10th graders. Basically, it's a guy against a girl and they will touch each other to until it's too awkward where one loses. Anyway, one idiot of the group decided to film it and his camera and teacher asked to see it. Now they are suspended and some can't go to prom. Brilliant! Then in 7th someone pulled the fire alarm and we all went out to the softball field. I saw someone get pulled away to the office and I bet it's him. Which also turns out to be a guy from the same strange group. So that was .. okay. lol. It was just really really hot outside and I was in a black t-shirt it was terrible. And I got a suburn, small one. After school I went to tennis and it was still oh so very hot outside. The sun was just sucking my energy out. There, I got a nice sunburn on my arms. Great, perfect timing for prom. I'll match my dress. Nah, it's really not that bad compared to others I've had, but it's still there and red. Highlight of the practice was when I made Jamie's sister Paige pee on herself. lol. I'm not entirely sure how it happened now, but apparently I said something and then remarked how she was standing and then she went to the ground and yeah, lol. Oh! We got our prom gift bags today too. The shirt is alright, teal. We got a nice beer glass. But thing is, it says A Night to Remember, instead of A Night to Treasure. Problem was, was that they discontinued that item so it couldn't be replaced. Oh well. We're going to get the picture frames later. I also picked up my graduation tickets. Anyway, I came home and did stuff and now I'll say Happy Birthday to my aunt who reads this (mom told me to do so) and to Angela!! 9:24PM

A fine day today. Went to lunch with Rachel and Julie, and I drove. Went to NHS and sat through that. I'm going to bring muffins one day. Pretty awesome eh? Actually that was just a reminder to myself. lol. I finsihed an assignment in Astronomy. It's wrapping up which is fantastic and this chapter is spread over two weeks, amazing. Tori checked out in 6th so I was a bit bored. Talked in 7th about prom. I think all girls in my grade have a date, 3 boys do not, and 1 of those boys put an ad in the announcements asking if any girl would like to go, ask him. But he's turned down 5 girls now. ..! What! Accept at least one, come one. It's running a little last minute (prom is in 3 days. Yeahh) Jamie left the after prom waivers on my car so I was happy to see that. After school I came home and bonded with my mother for a long while. Then went into the shower and got ready to go to the Baton Rouge Gallery. Remember me winning 3rd at another gallery last month (well I did). The winners were then shipped over to this new, and even better, gallery and other schools were there and everything. They were judged. I didn't win anything, but Tori did. Good for her! And Lauren got something for her book. Good for her too :D So mom and dad went, and that made me very happy. It was important to me. Grant is actually in town right now doing spring testing at LSU. But I'm not so sure I'll be able to see him until Saturday. It would be lovely though. So after the gallery, I left with mom and went home, but stopped at McDonalds. They totally fucked up my order. I asked for a cheeseburger, ketchup only. I got a cheeseburger with everything except ketchup. A small fry, the fries weren't cooked all the way. A hot fudge sundae with extra fudge. The girl hands over the sundae and I said I asked for extra fudge. She goes back and gives me the same thing, without the fudge. Grr. I took it and left. But idiot. Came home, ate, watched the end of Lost. WHOA on that show, for what I saw. Awesomeness. Finished up homework and talked to Grant briefly. Now I think I'm going to go get ready for bed and expect another call from him. Jackie, haha. whoot! 10:10PM

Almost fell asleep in English today. My eyes were rolling around in my head. Makes me feel bad for doing so. I was starving for some awesome lunch, or filling. So I got Jen to go to Jambalaya Shoppe, it was yum. Not much else happened at school. Afterwards I came home and sat outside for a bit with the dog. I actually pulled up my pant legs and tried to get a little color, but let's be realistic. Not like it worked. As far as I know, but a 99.9% that was the case. Mom called and said, let's find that bra thing for you. So we went to the mall trying to find a working bra thing so I can wear something in my prom dress. We found some thing, ish. Yeah. I'll try it all on at one point. Got that and came home and worked on stuff. And that is it. Not too exciting to report for the blog world. Exciting day tomorrow though!!! 9:48PM

Hard to get up this morning. Half the class was missing in Calc *shrugs* lol oh well. It was just a long day today. Not much to report on. Oh. Well. Nothing that exciting. But I went to the library today after school to find some books on West Nile. For my report. Point is, it's been quite a while since I've been in the library. So as I'm trying to check out, I'm told me library card has expired. Fantastic. But it was okay. Anyway, left after a not entirely successful trip, and went to Burger King because I was craving a frozen coke. Got it and came home. I wanted to wash my car, since I'll be driving for Prom. Again, lol, oh well. I really don't care about it anymore. So I found the bucket and sponge, but couldn't find some other things so I gave up on that idea. Then I got ready for dance. It's coming along nicely, but I don't feel very ready. So that worries me. Picked up some dinner afterwards. Came home and I can't remember. Watching 24 right now. So last night with Grant was amazing and wonderful. We have lots of fun, enjoying each others company you know. I'm serious, and not saying it in an 'winking' way. It's great. So let's see. I met him at Barnes and Noble. He needed a book, but they didn't have it so we went to the mall. I had to return some jewelry I won't use for Prom. He got his book at a bookstore there and we left. We went to Blockbuster looking for Moulin Rouge, couldn't find it so we got Braveheart. Then I needed some gas. Then we went to another Blockbuster lol. There we found Moulin Rouge. Yay. So okay. We leave and go to the house. Start Breaveheart, get through it. Missed some of it though. lol. And then we drive to get some dinner, at McDonalds. Came back and watched Moulin Rouge. Then before it was time to part :( we just goofed around. Ah and took a few pictures together. They are cute. But I won't be posting them here. Sorry readers. I'll have Prom pics though. So hold out one more week! :) And then today. Did homework and read a lot for school. A lot. Now I'm watching the classic Sunday night tv, Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. I feel like I'm really not doing these blogs anymore so I'm considering on doing a hiatus. I mean. I'm like: Eng, fine. That's not entertaining. No one really comments anymore, except for the odd more here and there. I've closed Scanned which got a lot of people here. I'm not sure why I should continue. Good thing I bought this domain, to pay every quarter. Anyway. I woke up, took a shower, and eventually got into my awesome hip hop costume and went to my dance studio to take pictures. I only took 4. Which in my eyes, is hardly enough, but it's what they do. I looked at them and thought: eh. Whatever. I decided on head shot and one of me standing and posing. I paid for that, paid for a spot in the program and left to come home. And omg, I'm completely kidding on the domain, April Fools everyone. I couldn't quit this. Have been going from Feb 2004, that's a lot of my life on here that I would like to keep recording. lol. Anyway!! :D I really did get my pictures done. Then I came home and made a cloning tutorial for a friend and now I just took a shower to wash my hair to fix it. Grant is coming in a few hours, I'm excited. So hence an early blog.
