Happy New Years Eve! Last day of the year! So enters 2008 where I will begin my 5th year of blogging. That's crazy. All those years are on the internet. And one thing is, I am major need of a new layout there. I've had this one for over a year now!! Real bad. I slept in today, til about 9:30. I got up, had my coffee and showered up. I then went to the bank and then Tropical Cafe to pick up some meat and I got a wrap. I came home to eat and then played Mario Galaxy for the next 3 hours. Yeah, I couldn't believe it either. But I was waiting for Nick to come home. I walked him though cleaning out the fish tank. It survived a week on its own. Well, and with a dissolving food thing. Then we talked and I began more picture mapping. Dad finally came home with some McDonalds and I watched a lot of Project Runway episodes. It was good. Now I'm all caught up. Now I'm still doing the same thing and waiting for midnight to come. I decided to stay in since I have to work tomorrow. But Nick's online so we'll have fun. Bye 2007! 9:49PM

Got up super early for work. It was very busy when I left, but I got some candy anyway. I came home and cooked some rice a roni since I was starving. I ate it and so did dad. I then played the Wii and finally beat Paper Mario. Yay! Now to start some Mario Galaxy! Mom came home with a pizza and we watched the Amazing Race. I have to say, I'm sorry to see the Goth couple go. I was cheering for them. Such is life. I'm continuing to map out my pictures tonight as I talk to Nick. I'm going to enjoy sleeping in tomorrow. 10:01PM

Well I got up around 9:30 and got ready for work. I played a little Wii and then went to work. It was fine and when I got home I talked to Nick and continued to map out my pictures I have on flickr. It's taking some time, but I think it's an awesome feature that I want to have. Mom brought home Calendar's for dinner and I guess I have to go to bed real early tonight since I have work early in the morning. 9:01PM

Almost a start to a new year! Well today I got up and had breakfast. I jumped into the shower before the thunderstorms started and finished just before. I then just had to wait for mom to finish getting ready. I talked to Nick in the meantime. I got the conclusion to Nick's wonderful letter, and now I guess I should frame the thing it's so amazing. haha. Mom and I then drove to Chili's to have lunch with Jamie and her mom. Jamie gave me a candle, when I gave her one too. Haha. Ah well. Lunch was very good and afterwards, mom and I went to this new shopping area that isn't quite open yet. It's real fancy. They have the stores Guess and BCBG, and others. But oh!! I love those two! Sadly, it's out of price range, but oh it's so nice. So cute. I'd only be able to get one thing at a time haha. I got a shirt at J. Crew and then a sweatshirt too. And a thin headband that I can try out. We picked up dinner on the way home for dad. I played the Wii, Paper Mario and my new Rayman - Rabbits 2 game. It was fun, but it'll be even better when I can play with a second person. So I'm debating if I should just go to bed now or wait. I have work tomorrow, so it was really nice being off today. 10:09PM

Skipped yesterday because I had another really bad headache. I worked very early yesterday and was happy I got off early, but I felt so bad. I took a nap for several hours, had dinner, and tried to help my head in any way I could. I went to bed early and woke up with the headache still. It disappeared finally during the day. It was just a terrible one. Work was good today and I didn't do much when I did get home. I snacked and relaxed. I'm so glad I'm off tomorrow so I can un-tense my neck. I've got some good plans for tomorrow. It might rain a bit, but we must do them anyway. I drew up Nick's Christmas card tonight. Yeah, a little late, but he isn't even home to receive it. This gave me the extra I time I needed. 10:35PM

Merry Christmas Day! I tried to figure out how to place my clock last night but it's just too bright and I sadly can't see the display when it's on the wall or ceiling. But it's such a cool clock. I got up around 8:30 today and began to enjoy my day off from work. And yeah, just happened to be a holiday too lol. I made some biscuits for breakfast and then showered up. I played the Wii a lot today and played through all my gifts again. I ate my candy and tried on my new cheap but nice earrings. I made some lunch and I also talked to Nick in the evening online and oh he called me earlier in the day. I did more Wii and had dinner. We all tried the cheesecake, but I became full off of it quickly. Oh well. I'll probably go to bed early tonight since it's an early start tomorrow. And I will have some buying to do! Oh yes. 8:34PM

Happy Christmas Eve and Happy Holidays to the everyone else out there! Yay fun seasons. I had to work today, but it was a fine day. As soon as we were closed I came home to shower and get ready to go out to eat dinner. I got ready in like 25 minutes. That has pretty much never happened before. Showering, make-uping, drying my hair-ing, lol. Yeah, pretty good. So we went to eat at Gino's and I ate a lot a lot. Bread, coke, a salad, and a slab of veal bolognese. Mmmm it was so good. I got a thing of cappuccino too. We came home and opened presents. It was fun and I had some nice surprises. A neat clock I shall try out tonight and a Wii game anddd a scarf and an eyeglass holder that's good for going over to Nick's. And I accidently opened mom's gift haha. It was embarrassing so I threw it in a box and let her do the rest haha.. And I've played with my clock and now I've just got to go to sleep! So I shall and I will enjoy sleeping in. I was trying to hold out until tomorrow, but given the opportunity to open things tonight, no way. haha. 11:10PM

Surprisingly it wasn't as busy as I thought it might be today. Not slammed constantly, but who knows what it was like after I left. Work was good. After I got something and went to Best Buy for my dad and got him some dvds. Then I went to Wal-Mart for some Christmas candy. It was sad, because it's all like Halloween big bags, not like old school santa men and things like that. There was some, but I didn't expect to see so little. I then went to the Jambalaya Shoppe and got some food. I came home and relaxed. I decorated the ginger bread house with my mom and it looks just beautiful. I talked to Nick and we ate dinner. I watched The Amazing Race and now I'm watching the 2 hour special after it. It's pretty interesting. I might go to bed in the middle of it though. We'll see. 8:55PM

Busy day. I left an hour early because I was worried about traffic at the mall. It only took me 20 minutes lol. So I waited before I needed to go in. We were busy busy. I got out on time and picked up a pizza on the way home for dinner. It was pretty good. But I had a headache and just wanted to get home. I'm talking to Nick for a little while and then I'm going to go to bed really early because my head hurts and I have an early day tomorrow. We're getting so close to Christmas! Ah another day off. I had the big plan of sleeping in today. My first real day in a week! I went to bed around 10:30 and got up at 7:45ish. Before 8! Ugh, oh well. I had breakfast and then showered. I played some Wii and waited for my mom to be ready to go shopping. We hit the stores and I thought it was pretty busy. No day after Thanksgiving madness, but still more packed then normal. I got a pair of really cute shoes by Rocket Dog, and they are really cool. They have velcro on them! haha. Cool! Then we moved on to find me some slippers. Oh and I got a pair of socks in order to get a discount. We went to Hallmark and then the bookstore that is closing down. Which is very sad! All malls should have a bookstore. We also stopped in Bath & Body Works to have a look around, and would come again later so as to not carry the heavy stuff around. We went to Dilliards to have a look around. The slippers really suck this year. We went to eat and then Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works and then this pecan store and then the Limited where I got a great dressy shirt and pants that I love. Then we left after I decided on some slippers that were really pretty good at Macy's. Apparently I had missed them. We stopped at two places for dinner and ate at home. So a big shopping day and my feet hurt! Feels like I've been working or something. Now I've wrapped everything up and I'm going to sleep soon. 9:47PM

I didn't blog on the 18th because I had a terrible headache and nothing had really happened that day since all I did was work, have dinner, and maybe watch some tv. Yesterday was more eventful, but I got back later then I had wanted and didn't want to waste sleeping time with blogging. So here it is, yesterday. I got up at 6 when I realized I could have woken up at 6:30. I went to the doctor and finished up pretty quickly. That was really nice. I went to Kohl's and because I was listening more to the radio I completely missed my exit by a few miles. Ahahaha. Oh well. So I backtracked and went to Kohls. I wandered around for a solid hour trying to figure out what to buy since I had those free $10 cash dealio. I got a shirt and some bows for wrapping stuff. I got Popeyes on the way home and ate it at home. It was delicious and very unhealthy, but delicious. I then waited around until I had to go get my hair cut. It turned out ok, but I ended up getting into the shower to style it myself, but now I can't. I just look like a little punk or pixie or something. It better grow out quickly now. I then wrapped Jamie and Amber's presents and went to Jamie's apartment. Traffic was terrible, but I finally got there. It's a pretty sweet place. I'm totally jealous. We hung out and talked until Amber showed up around 8. We ordered dinner and I left at 10:10. I came home and went to bed. Today I had work early once again and it was a good day. Busy, but good. I came home and mom and I figured out what to eat and we ate dinner. Nothing was on the tv and I kinda went through my pile of mail. I talked to Nick and I think I'll go to bed pretty soon. 10:55PM

Again, I worked for pretty much all of the day. After and I came home and snacked a little bit. I wrapped the presents that came for mom today and they look quite good too. I chatted with Nick too. We had dinner. I watched Notes From the Underbelly and I am finally catching up on the last two episodes of Heroes from forever ago that I missed. And that was my day. Yep, back to the uneventful when I end up working all day. Lol. Well, but it's just all I have to report on. 9:54PM

Went to sleep so quickly last night. I guess close to 9:30. I got up today at 5:45 and got ready for work. Drove to work fine; things looked different all along the way. I worked from 8-4 and it was a good day. Really not bad. People were friendly. I went to Wal-Mart afterwards and got some much needed food so I could eat lunch. I then came home and talked to Nick and stuff. I didn't do much really. I made some single serving brownies and popcorn. Snacked and watched the finale to Survivor. We had dinner and I wrapped dad's presents. They are so pretty. My flowers from Nick also look really good. I'm so amazed at how well they look after all this time. It's been like 5 days. Well, my legs are sore and I'm tired. So off to bed for another early start! 10:18PM

Yep so last night sucked. I got like 2 and a half hours of sleep. When I was about to get up to get ready, Nick showed up to sleep in my bed haha. So I showered and got ready. I packed the rest of my things and we left the dorms around 4. We went to his car and then to the airport. It was so so so cold. Like 8 degrees that felt like -2. This group in front of us were having all kinds of problems checking in. This lady had 3 bags and they were all overweight and overstuffed. The zipper was breaking and they had to tape it up. But I finally got through and went to security. I said bye to Nick and I was very sad to say goodbye. It's going to be a month! :( I miss him so much already. I went through security with my extremely heavy duffel bag. I had my laptop and the wii. It was soo heavy and difficult to walk long distances with. I went to the gate and waited for the plane. We should have left at 6:35, but instead it was around 7:15 because they had to de-ice the plane. We left for Atlanta and it was alright. I asked for cookies and the lady gave me crackers. ... lol oh well. We landed late in Atlanta so I had to hurry to my next flight. I had 25-30 minutes. I of course had to change terminals and walk from one end to the other with the bag. I was tired. I got on though and just hoped my luggage would make it. We took off for Memphis which was a short and pointless flight. I wanted to go straight to Baton Rouge, but for some reason I was flying through Memphis too. I got my soda and peanuts but this time I had to go to the bathroom sooo badly. I rushed off the plane and went to the bathroom. Now I had 3 and a half hours of nothing to do. I found the direction of my gate but decided to not walk down there quite yet. It would be a waste of energy. I got some lunch and a magazine and then dragged myself down to the end. I honestly thought I would never get there. The place was deserted and I seemed like the airport was running out of business and would have to shut down soon. Which I bet isn't the case, but it was soo weird. Very very empty. I read my magazine and called dad and called Nick. Finally the time came, but we were delayed. Noo! It's cause of this big storm coming through. Luckily I got out of Burlington before the 1-2 feet of snow set in. But here it's been really rainy. So we were delayed a little bit but finally settled in to the new plane. Coming into Baton Rouge was scary. We were all over the place and the plane was freaking me out with all the sounds it was making. And remember I had like no sleep. We finally landed. Yay, done for the day. I went downstairs, mom and dad both showed up. Awww. We got my luggage. One of my handles on my bag was completely ripped off. No idea how that happened, but it's totally gone. Oh well. We drove home, but had to stop at Jambalaya Shoppe so I could get some lunch material for the next few days of work. We got home and I unpacked and later we went to dinner. It was tasty and now I'm looking to go to bed since I'm really really tired and my shoulder hurts a lot. Well, I'm here for a month, so very long without my Nick! But I'll be making money money. 8:53PM

Yesterday I got up at 9 and did my laundry. No one interfered with it, and I was happy. I finished up my studying for BSAD and then Nick came over. I got my things together and we went to his room. We studied more and at last it was time for the test. It was snowing too. We ended up getting about 5 inches I'd say. The test was okay. Tough at times because I thought I had everything right, but the choices just didn't match. I asked the professor a question, because I thought it should be worded differently. He said no, it's correct but later announced that it was wrong. Oh yeah. So we finished and went back to Nick's room. We watched Survivor. I played a little Wii and we just stayed in and later got a pizza. Mm! We went to bed after midnight. So today I got up around 9 and later came back to my room to shower. I studied for my Astronomy extra credit quiz. Then I began to clean up this room. It certainly needed it and I'm glad I'm pretty much done. I went to the Astronomy extra credit for 3:30 and finished in less then five minutes haha. But it went really well so I should get an A in that class. I went to Nick's and we waited for his dad to pick us up. He did and we went to my room. We packed up the fish and drove to Nick's house. We unloaded and cleaned off Nick's car. We drove back to school, but first stopped at Petco. Then we parked and I went back to my dorm. I began to pack and clean more and more. I went to Nick's at one point since I needed to pick up my stuff. Now I'm back and about to go to sleep. Tomorrow will kinda suck, because I've got an early flight and tight connections. Eck. Oh good. I thought I had missed more days then this. Good. So yesterday. I only got 4 hours of sleep that night because I couldn't fall asleep in the first place and then people woke me up in the middle of the night and I was up for two hours. I got up at 5, showered and studied more. I went to my History exam and right as he was handing the test out I like panicked and felt so sick, but I soon saw the questions and it was fine. The test went actually really pretty well. It had my favorite essay and I knew it best. So that's really good. I went to the Davis Center, got breakfast and waited for Nick to wake up. After an hour I walked over and knocked on his door. He let me in and I jumped into bed and tried to catch up on my sleep. We got up and I stayed in his room while he worked. I played the xbox and took a nap. He came back and then I left for a little bit to do more BSAD. I had done a little at the Davis Center. Oh and then we got dinner at the Marche and I went back with him. Sadly he was on duty, but I managed. I came back today around noon. I showered and then went with Alison to drop off her paper. We got lattes and then we came back. I studied for a long time for BSAD. Got dinner with Alison and later met up with Nick. We watched Kid Nation and a few other shows but I had such a bad headache. He walked me back and now I'm going to go to bed. 10:32PM

I did what I expected to do. I slept alright last night. I got up today at 9:30 and got into the shower. I then began to study for History. I got lunch at Alice's at noon and did more studying. At 1:30 I walked over to Nick's in order to use his room for saying my essays out loud. Miriam wouldn't leave the room today so I had to go elsewhere. So while Nick was at work, I was talking his room lol. But I learned them. He came back and I stayed for a little bit and then I went to get dinner. He decided to come too. We ate at the Davis Center and then I came back here after 5:30. I studied more and then went to a study session from 7-9. My answers were correct and so I left at 8:30. I stopped by Nick's for maybe 20 minutes and then I came back here to study more. I'm going to read through my essays one more time then I shall get ready for bed and get up at 5 tomorrow. Okay. Last night Nick and I did nothing. We took some pictures of him jumping in the air at one point. lol. We went to bed around 2:30 I guess and woke up today at 12. I stayed for a little bit, but came back here to shower and begin my essays for History. I took pictures of the snow on the way back and I ran into Alison in the hallway. She's going to take one of the Histories I'm in! That made me so happy! I couldn't get into the one she did get into, London. But she's taking the other one now with me! This will be good then. I showered and began my History at 2. I got dinner at 4:30 with Alison and Mir Mir. And I have just finished my last essay. I had four I wanted to write out. I'm pretty satisfied with them too! Tomorrow will be spent learning it all. I'm glad I got this tough part out of the way now. I'm waiting for Nick to get back from dinner and then I'll go over and watch the Amazing Race. I'll come back to here to sleep and then it's another filled day of studying for History. 7:00PM

I went to Nick's and we just relaxed. We eventually went downtown for a little bit with Max and Jackie, but everyone except Nick was really tired so we went back up to campus lol. We got a pizza, ate, and then I went to bed. I was so tired! Must have been 2 and I had only 5.5 hours of sleep the night before. I got up today around 11 and we watched a little tv. I came back here and it was like blizzarding outside. But it only lasted for like 30 minutes. It was really strange. I showered and then did out my History terms. I'm glad I finished that today. I called home and had lunch. I'll do the essays tomorrow, luckily there is only 4 this time versus 5 previously. That's nice. Then I'll study it all on Monday. Now I'm going to go back to Nick's to nap and then probably do not much of anything for the rest of the night which is fine by me. 5:00PM

For some reason, I couldn't log into the website on Wednesday to blog. But, good news! My boots are fixed! It worked! They are so clean and nice. I wore them too, and well, it smelled like vinegar around me lol. So Last day of Stat and Bio was good. We got lunch and then went to BSAD. That was a fine last day as well. I went back to my room around 2 and did some work. Then went to a Bio SI session for an hour. I came back and had dinner. Before 8 I went to Nick's to watch Kid Nation. When it finished I came back over here and did more homework. Basically, studying Bio and working up some History terms. I also studied for Astronomy. Thursday I kinda slept in. I got up at 9 and did my laundry. I showered and went to switch my things to the dryer and some biznatch took out my stuff. Ugh, I hate that. I don't mean to be late, I figured it out to go down then, but I was late by like a minute. Ugh. I continued with laundry and getting ready. I went to the last History too. That was good, took some good notes. I went to the Marche and got my beloved pesto chicken ciabatta sandwich. Sadly it the bread was burnt. I studied for Astronomy some more and then did some History. I went to Astronomy and did my evaluation and took the quiz. It was fine and real short, so I got back to my room after 30 minutes of class. Real nice! I studied for Stat, so basically wrote down some important things. Then it was Bio time. I ran through all the powerpoints and took the quizzes. I had enough and went to Nick's at 8. Watched Survivor and Grey's Anatomy. We studied too. After 11:30, we went back near my area and waited for the Naked Bike Ride. For some reason they changed the route and we had to run to it! Damn! We had really good spots too. That was very exciting. lol. I went to bed after, but not till 1 sadly. I got up today after 6, bleh, and got ready. I had my Stat exam first. It was pretty good. I got stuck on the first few, but it was good after that. I went to the Davis Center and returned some books, good stuff! I got lunch and studied for Bio. At 11, I went to a 2 hour Bio SI and that made me feel really good about it. I went back to my room briefly. I then left to go to Nick's. I wanted to try to take an hour nap, but I just couldn't fall asleep. Ah well. I studied for the last hour and then it was time. The Bio exam began. They used a lot of the old test questions, good! I knew them. So I think I finally did really well on a test in there. I'm real pleased. After Nick and I ate dinner at the Davis Center and then went back to his room. We folded his laundry and then it was Christmas present time! We decided to do it tonight now lol. I got the rest of mine and I got his. I got some chapstick, a nalgene bottle, 4 seasons of Nip/Tuck, and a backpack. Awesome! I'm very pleased! I came back here to drop things off and grab things. I went to sleep last night around 11:30 and got up today at 10. It was a wonderful long sleep. I showered and got ready for class. History was good and I went to the Astronomy help afterwards. I got lunch at the Marche and called my mom back in the room. Then I went to Astronomy and that was fine. I came back to the room, freezing all the way. We got a more snow today. I'd say it's a solid 8-10 inches. I usually guess over what it is, but definitely that after today. lol. Around 6 I walked with Nick down to Petco to get the fish some things. Then we went to the UMall so I could look at boots since I wanted to buy another pair of what I ruined yesterday. I didn't see it, and I didn't like what else they had. We then went to Hannfords so I could get some white vinegar and then to McDonalds to eat. Yum! Since we missed the bus, we walked back. Very far and tough uphill in the unplowed snow. I made it back to my dorm and cleaned the boots, so hopefully this will work. You wipe it with vinegar and it'll take off the salt and stuff. They look better, so now I must just wait for it to dry. Now I'm going to go over to Nick's for a little bit to watch tv. 8:09PM

So I went to Nick's and we watched Amazing Race and some other shows. I came back here and went to sleep waiting for the snow to come. I woke up a lot during the night though. I got up this morning and got ready. I trekked through the ... maybe 8-10 inches of snow and got to Stat. It was fine and then so was Bio. Nick and I ate and it was alright. We went to BSAD and took a little quiz and had regular class. I went to the dr and that took some time and then walked downtown to get what I needed. My feet were soaking wet and sadly I think my new boots are ruined. So I'll try to buy another pair when I get back home. Or, I could even do it here, hm! I finally got back and began my homework. I read Stat, did my Astronomy. I had dinner and it was sooo good. At the Marche I got turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes and corn. Mm! I did more Astronomy and then some Biology. Now I've finished all that I can do for now and don't know what to do with myself. Ah well. I think I might try to clean or organize this place (or my side of the room) up. 8:41PM

I went back to Nick's and we took the bus to the UMall. We walked around and looked at things and he tried to return something he got over break. We took the bus back and went to his room. I played with the Wii and he played with his xbox 360, since he had just gotten back from his dad. He had to send it away to be fixed since the red circle of death appeared. Yeah, we're cool to do that on a Saturday night lol. We watched the last episode of From the Earth to the Moon, it was very good! Then we went over to Redstone Apartments to hang out with Colin and his friends. That was nice and we walked back around 1:30. Watched some tv and ate a little, but went to sleep after 2:30. Woke up today around 12:30 and got some breakfast at Cook. I stayed a little longer at his place but finally came back to mine. I fixed some pictures that turned funny on my wall, showered, read History and now I've got 10 pages left of BSAD reading. I'll be going back to Nick's in a bit when he finishes up his meeting. My back hurts though, and I guess it might be from sleeping awkwardly. But the snow storm seems to have weakened and now it's only predicted to get like 4-6 inches of snow, but I don't know if it'll happen. They say it'll strengthen up, but it's all rain now. I can't believe it's December! Wow! Ok yesterday: I had Stat and we got a 240 out of 250 on our group project. I'm really glad we did that well, because I was nervous about it the entire time. Bio was fine and went by quickly and we covered something really interesting. Then Nick and I went to the Tenant's fair to get some information for apartments next year. He ate at the Davis Center and then we went to my room briefly so I could get my purse and write a few emails. We left and went to his room and played a little Wii. Then we went downtown to run a few errands. I got a sandwich at Quizno's and that'll be like the last thing I buy so I can really save up for rent and stuff. We went into the mall and looked around. Then to the bank and then to Rite Aid so I could get new contact solution. Luckily Boston makes this one step cleaning stuff, so that'll make my life easier. We took the bus back up and relaxed in his room. Max came by and left. Then we went to his room in Converse and met up with his friends and Jackie. We walked downtown to a different house then usual. It was really nice and awesome layout. We there for a number of hours, but it got super packed, so Nick and I left around 12:30. We ordered a pizza on the way back up and ate and watched some tv before going to sleep. I was exhausted. I finally got to sleep in today and it was so wonderful. We got breakfast and then called our parents. I came back to my room, showered and did some homework reading. Nick game some presents already! I don't know if I mentioned the first, but 4 pairs of merino wool socks! Very nice and very warm, better then the soccer socks I've been using last year. We had a little dusting of snow last night, but it's melted now. But! There's this giant winter storm coming our way and will hit tomorrow night. It's expected to get 8-14 inches of snow! I don't want classes to be canceled though, because finals are coming up and that's really the last thing I want. Now I've eaten some cereal dinner and I'm going to go clean by bowl and then I'm off to Nick's. We're going back downtown briefly and then coming back up. I don't want to be in the cold long, it's like 14 degrees out and feels like 0! Apparently. And I am officially whipping out the big blue winter jacket now. 4:37PM
