On Monday I went to watch the the guys bowling play offs.
For the first 10 or so minutes I was the only 'fan' there, and then other girls from my team showed up. They lost, but still went out to eat dinner afterwards. I didn't go because I didn't feel like it and yeah. I got some dinner at Jason's Deli. So when I got home mom didn't have to go to work, so we went to the mall. We were looking for jewelry for my Prom dress. Eventually we found something that worked. We got some dinner for my mom and I got a drink for myself. Yesterday I left the house at 2 to go to my own bowling play offs. I get the call from Brittany, our captian, senior, awesome bowler chick, that we were told the wrong time and it starts in about 25 minutes, and it takes me about 35-40 minutes from that spot. So now I'm like oh crap. So instead of going the way I usually go, so now I'll go faster way, interstate the whole way. Problem is, I've never gone that way or know where to get off. So I'm making lots of calls to find out how to go. So huge adrenaline rush now. And I'm speeding and all. And I've got to get around the 18-wheeler, so I go to the far left lane, and then a sign shows up saying the bridge exit to Lafayette is coming up soon, and I'm in that lane, and I'm not going that way!! Ah. so, slow down, but that won't work in time because someone is behind me, and so I speed up and pass the guy just in time. But, omg, was it fun. Such a rush, lol. So more crazy driving, and I get there just in time. And then Brittany arrives after me. So our only 6 players, just enough, all barely make it. So we start immediatly. So the rush is over and now I feel terrible!! I thought I was going to puke or something. So bad. But it finally passes and turns out we won the match! So we won and will move on to the next round tomorrow! Yay. We're very happy. Afterwards the team went out to eat. I had no idea where we were going to I was following Brittany, and 2 other cars were behind me. So we get onto a really busy road and we all get separated, lol! But somehow we all made it without any problems. Yay. Dinner was pretty good. Then I came home and turns out Lexi will need surgery. Remember me mentioning that she had a pee problem? Well, the stones are still there and now she needs surgery. So today we brought her in. It was sad and she kept barking/whining/crying. Sad. :( And she won't be back home for 2-3 day.s :( House is lonely now. And that's it. Watched a crazy episode of Lost. That was crazy. Made me a little confused too. And still love Amazing Race. So awesome. So want to do that show and yay for the brothers! I like them. :) lol. 9:21PM

(later) I was going to try and make a layout for 'free' or an icon or two, but I didn't get around to it. Instead I changed some pictures on my computer from bmp to jpg. That took a nice long while. And Happy Easter everyone. We didn't really do anything. Nothing actually lol. Someone made an attempt at guess the Female Celebrity. I'm sorry you were wrong, but if you get it right, how I am I suppose to reward you with a fantastic graphic award when I don't know your name or email. You must put that in people. If you don't, and you get it right, I'll let you know that here, but that's it. Sorry. Watched the Indiana Jones movies today on tv, then newer Parent Trap, then Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. 10:07PM
--I updated Scanned yesterday. And now I just did guess the Female Celebrity, Male Celebrity, Movie, and Song. It was also my half birthday yesterday. Yay. 17.5. Went out to eat dinner with Amber at Cafe American. Yummy. She dropped me off at home and about 10 minutes later we decided to go see a movie, lol. So we saw Miss Congeniality 2. It was okay I guess. It used a lot of the same plots parts as the first. Funny at times. Okay, going to see what else I can do on this site 1:35PM

Yay, finally out of school! Very happy. Now I can just relax for 10 days. *sighs* And I guess I can update the site a lot during that time too. lol. I know I need to badly. Let's see... I had dance Wednesday night, finished up the English portfolio thing. On Thursday, had some tests, had some parties, had some funny moments, and had an orthodontist appointment. I got in at 4:30, got in the chair around 4:35, and got my new date around 4:38, and back in the car to go home at 4:39. Nice. Today I went to get my Prom dressed altered and such. And then mom came with me to my bowling practice. I did okay. 96, 99, 125, 118, and 126. Better then usual actually. So yay. I'm in the play offs for next week. Whoot. Didn't have enough people until they found out I could go. So *clears throat* I saved the day at that point. Uh, yeahh. :D lol. What else. Got some dinner afterwards and now home. 6:01PM

2 more days! So half way! Crazy weather lately. It's cold, it's hot, it's raining, it's sunny. 3/4 in one day! Today! When I came home today, I finished the 2nd poem and then I got to work on my visual. A portrait of Edna Pontieller from The Awakening. It took almost 6 hours, but I have finished it!! I used Kate Winslet as a 'model'. Here is all the pictures it took to make it. And a picture with the flash and one without. I like the out better. I am sooo proud of it. Omg. I love it. Normally when I draw a celebrity, it's off in many ways. So since it's suppose to be our idea it would be okay if it was off. But sure enough, it's not! Just the closest ever! lol. After I outlined it, and was asbout to add the detail, I started shaking and getting nervous because at that stage is the point where I can ruin a picture, but I was very lucky. I love it so much. WHOOT. 9:39PM

Counting down the days to Spring Break. 3 more, yes! I'm not doing anywhere, wish I was badly, but I just want to be off. I'm sick of high school and just want to graduate now. I'm so close but yet so far! Didn't feel to great today, had chest and stomach pains. It was weird. Left school early today for bowling. I got a 118, then a 99, and a bad 79. lol. Oh well. Then I was in traffic to get home, took 45-50 minutes. And I kept geting behind really slow drivers, and grr, those people piss me off. When no one is front of you, move!! OMG. It bugs me. Especially when you are behind that person for practically the whole time, and traffic is bad and you can't move over! I'm okay. So when I got home I fell asleep on the parents bed. Was with her as she was getting ready for work, and I just fell asleep. But dad came in an hour and a half later telling me to wake up. :( Then I put off working on my huge English project for about an hour, and finally did ... 2/5 of it. Maybe will get to 3/5 tonight. But really it's like 3/100. Becuase I only have to do 2 poems, a diary entry, a drawing, and then the big character analysis that will kill me. I did 1 peom and the entry tonight. Will try to get the other poem done too. It's due Thrusday, I hope I can finish. Er I guess that's it for now. 9:32PM

Yesterday I went to New Orleans with my mom in search of a Prom dress. We went to Macys and I tried on 3, the final one, I really liked. We had them hold it for me as we went through out the rest of the mall. We went into a dress store, but there were soo many, I was overwhelmed, lol. So we left and went to Dillards. We saw the same dress, but with a different color flower. Then we walked upstairs and got some food. Pizza. mmm. Then we went back to Macys and I got the dress! And we got a card with the store, so we saved like 30% of it. So, went from 180, to 120. Yay. And then went to look for shoes. Another deal with the card, if I bought anything from there that day, or the next, I would get 15% off. So, we got shoes. From 50, on sale to 30, and the more off, so about 25. Yay. lol. Then we looked for jewelry, nah didn't find anything, lol. But the dress I got is black, and has teal type flowers on it. So pretty, beaded and all. I love it. I can't find a picture on the internet. So we came home after that and then had dinner. Today I went to Calendars with Amber. She craved it, so we went and I had hoped that that guy was there, nope. :( Then we went to Albertsons to cash some change? Sure, lol. Then we went to the mall. She wanted sunglasses, I wanted jewelry, we didn't find either. But she got a shirt, that she sorta likes, lol. That was it. We left and went to Sams house so Amber could go to the movies with her. She dropped me off and I've been working on homework. That movie on CBS, Spring Break: Shark Attack just ended. Omg, that was terrible. Just so stupid! Oh, I got my ACT scores too yesterday, I got 25. Went up one. a 22 in English, heh, 29 in math, yay, 2something in reading, and 26 in science, yay better. And I got an 8 out of 2-12 on the essay. Not bad I guess for the first round. That's it. Night. 10:34PM

I asked Colleen if that was here in the truck yesterday. She said it wasn't. So! No idea who that was. Random. Anyway, I brought the digital camera to school today. Took many pictures and videos! We had the talent show today too. Always calls for an interesting day. lol. I got home, and when I was showing mom the pictures and videos, the phone rings. Dad answers, gives it to me: "Hi, you had a hair appointment right now." me: oh no!!!!! So I ask if I could still go, and she said yes. So I got there in 5 minutes, no didn't speed, it's just that close. Okay, so I sped a little, lol. So did that, and took off like 3 inches. I suppose I could take a picture, but when I got home, I put it up. lol, wasn't going to go out later. And now I've been working on trying to edit the videos for some people. But this one relly good program puts a watermark dealy on the video since it's a 30 day trial. So that sucks. And so if any of you out there have one, could you zip the program and send it to me please? Astraea, sorry this took so long, but what part didn't work for you on the videos? Specific-ness. And Youth Leg is short for Youth Legislature. So you know, House of Reps, and Senate dealish. And it's I guess on government. We devated bills that could be passed into 'laws'. I don't really know actually. But somewhere along those lines. 10:21PM

Like I said I was going to do today, I updated the Youth Leg picture page. Start at Part 2. It's been cold lately, which seems really odd down here, but it's been really nice too. So maybe the Spanish teacher may not be pregnant after all. I really have no idea about it now. Seems like she is. *shrugs* I checked out during 7th hour to go home and get my things, because in the announcements today, we were told that there was a bowling match today. I hadn't heard about it, and of course didn't have my things, so I went home early, picked them up, got a snack at Burger King, and drove for a good while to get there. Traffic, twas nasty. So I got to bowl the whole 3 games, yay. Did okay, I think I got something like 110, 119, and a 98? Not too good, but getting better I suppose. I then fought the traffic coming home. I was at a red light and I hear the people in truck to the right and back a bit, next to me, yell something. I couldn't understand, but I just keep looking forward. I then hear a knock on my back seat, passenger window! I look and the driver got out of the car to do it. And I see the other 2 people in the front seat laughing. Either it was Colleen from school, or some random person. I'm not entirely sure it was her, but it kinda looked like her. So I just laughed, ha, no idea what's going on. And that was it. lol. Happy St. Patricks Day! I wore green, did you wear yours? 9:28PM

March 16, 2005
I haven't blogged in a few days simply because nothing really new has happened. On Monday I had my last bowling match. It was sad; I shed a tear. lol. But, we have the finals ish thing coming up next week, but I think like pretty much every team is going, hahaha. Yesterday, I got some pictures developed so I'll put those up maybe tomorrow. Last night I got one of those cramps/charlie horses in my right calf. I hate those things! I get one every year or so, but when I do, they kill me for the rest of the day. The last time I got one was when I pointed my toe in bed, so I've been extremely careful as to not do it. Last night though, I woke up with terrible pain, and I somehow tried to get out of bed, but I couldn't move my leg to do anything to it, so it was still on the bed, lol. Painful, so it stopped and I went back to sleep, but I had trouble walking this moring. When I got to school I looked okay, but omg did it hurt. I had some trouble tonight at dance, but was happy I could do more then I expected. 3rd quarter at school is now over. Finished Friday actually, and I found out some grades. I'm pleased. Chemistry: 102 A+. History: 94 A-. English: 91A-. Calculus: 99 A. Spanish 88 B. Writing for Success: A. And well study hall doesn't really count. But damn you espaņol! *shakes fist at it* Of course the class that has a teacher that can't teach is the class I have a bad grade in! Same happened last year with history, and I've got a good one this year and see how I get an A? Yeahhh. I hate spanish soo much. Our teacher is always late coming to our class, liek 10 minutes, and she's pregnant, or has a tumor or extreme gas. And bah, I'm so glad I only have a quarter left and no more ever again!! I hope anyway. So I guess that's it for now. I'm finally getting a hair cut on Friday. About time too. I've been complaining about it lately, lol. Just hope something will work out with it. I'm going to go to bed now, I've been going to bed too late thinking 'oh I won't be tired in the morning.' er no. Not the case. 10:12PM

March 12, 2005
(later) Okay I don't think I will get the other link up tonight, but I took some pictures coming home on the road, so you can check those 12 out here. I took the new SAT today. Essay was okay; they asked about majority rule. Had a little trouble with it, but I think it turned out fine. It was sooo long though, my back was starting to hurt. I got there and checked in and got started at about 7:45 and I didn't leave until 12:30! So crazy. The questions were good, it's just that the time is a killer. 10 sections now too! Our watch lady/direction reader said this after picking up our stuff: "Okay, you should know this, but incase you didn't: you have just taken the very first new SAT test today, and you all are the first group finished. Now when I let you leave and you walk outside, don't be surprised if people take your pictures or interview you for a bit. It's a big deal today, so just so you know." So, omg, I got excited because how cool would that be? So I start thinking what I could say as I walk down the stairs and when we walk outside, not one single person is there. Awww! No one! lol. Such as life. So I left the place and got some food from Sonic. Came home, ate, cleaned up some puke from Lexi, got in the shower and later went with Amber to a baseball game at our school. Before it, we stopped at Sonic to get a drink. lol, I said we should get larges, but that was a stupid mistake, lol. So we had these huge things with us. We won too! But Amber and I passed some of the time spitting sunflower seeds at each other. Well, mostly me, probably 90% of the time. And then I started it at Jessie and we were trying to spit at each other, but poor Amber was in between us. Good stuff though, lol. I came home and then ate dinner out and now I've been working on these pictures! So check out the 123 from the concert tomorrow! 10:15PM
--Hello! I've cropped and fixed up all the 135 pictures from the concert, and I will try my best to have a page up tonight. Either way, I'll have a full blog for today sometime before I leave. 9:12PM

Nothing much new again, as usual, lol. Had bowling yesterday, got a 114, but didn't beat my person. Then drove home on the interstate and in the rain, scary. Hadn't really done that in like 2 years. lol. The two miles felt like forever. But no real problems. :) Then I had dance last night. I was really giddy or delerious. It was fun though. Oh, and we got our costumes. Ballet is okay I guess. Kinda interesting. We are suppose to be Spanish, so it's like a red and black and gold trim. Tutu too. Yay. 3rd year in a row to have one, lol. They don't bother me too much, just sitting down is a little hard. I also got my jazz one. It's this purple glittered up pants with gold halter top thing. I don't like it, but mom still wants a picture taken in it. Ah well. Let's see today... I asked a guy to prom, tried his cell, didn't answer, then tried his house, and he said yes! (Matt) I was pretty nervous, lmao, was starring at the phone for forever! Ahaha. And then mom asked me about this thing she ordered for me over the phone, and I said I didn't request that, and then we thought it was a scam, so we made some calls and everything is fine. But some excitement today! lol. Still working on that layout. I have a layout block at the moment, lol. Should it be like grungy? (something close to this) or a clean/pretty look? Oh discussion. Josh Groban concert tomorrow night, and I am so ready to rock out to it. 8:10PM

--Astraea, thanks! Yep, digital camera! My dads. oo good idea too. but I can only hold it so far away from me, lol. So just finished watching Amazing Race, and I want to do that show soo badly! You can still tryout for families of 4, will have to chat with Jamie tomorrow about it. Because, that would be so freakin awesome! Been getting lots of college stuff in the mail, today and yesterday I got something from Fordham and NYU, and dad is like, you'll get blown up there, and I said I could get blown up here in Louisiana! (with the plants down here) Hello. lol. Had bowling practice today, and I tried out some new techniques, still not too great, but it's fun to somewhat run and chunk the ball down the lane. Er, so boring life at the moment. Oh, and I'm working on a new layout. 9:07PM

(later) The headshot! picture day pictures! 1:35PM
--Back from the convention. It was really good, nice change from the not as exciting Beta one. I'm getting some pictures developed today. I should have them in like 2 hours, and then I'll make a summary, and I think this role has the Beta pictures on it too. Not sure. Sorry that my site was down yesterday, no idea how long it was down. Expect another update later with the pictures from the convention, and now I'm going to put up my headshot pictures. Just a few anyway. I took 107, lol. And only found a few decent ones, lol. But, I took some 'trendy' pictures too. You know those that everyone does in the mirror? Those. So I'll put those up and my final chosen headshot. 1:15PM

Had bowling yesterday, and hadn't been in forever. Only played once, but got a 94. Not too good, but I did beat my person, so I am happy about that. Had dance too. And then when I finally got home, I needed to pack for my trip thing. But of course I didn't until 10. heh. So I did a little bit while watching all of my taped shows: Scrubs and Lost. And well, just saying I won't be back until Saturday evening becuase of the Youth Leg convention. Bye! 7:13AM

March already! The days go by so quickly now. So I got my mom to do some head shots. Took like 50 because I can't take a decent picture to save my life. They all looked ... odd, lol. And the Amazing Race premiere was on tonight. And they had commercials saying that next season, they are asking for families of 4 to try out. That's pretty cool. They are having audtions this saturday. I would like to do that show, lol, but where I'm going to get 2 others, I do not know. Jamie and I want to do it. Tomorrow I have bowling and dance and will have to pack. Busy. And Happy Birthday Jen! 10:08PM
