All caught up! Yikes, 12 days have been added now. I woke up and looked outside and thought my easy were fuzzy, but there's a ton of smoke and haze in town from the Quebec forest fires. Apparently there's some even in Boston! Wow! I guess that just happened like overnight. Well I started my day and decided to go to Rite Aid and use some coupons that were expiring today. I needed these items anyway, and this was my only chance. I walked over and I was so surprised how smokey it smelled. I thought it'd be light, but this was intense. I got my things and then returned home. I cooked some ham that's going to expire soon for lunch and that'll be my dinner too. And the same meals for tomorrow as well. There's a ton of tv on tonight. It's been so light this past week, but now all the summer shows are beginning. I'm DVRing a ton of stuff. 10:50PM

I had plans to meet with Sophie for lunch today but she instead wanted pancakes lol. We went to this place called Magnolia's that was downtown. She picked me up and it took like 20 minutes to find a parking spot. The marathon was going on and she was trying to find a spot on the street. She eventually gave up and we parked on the top floor of the parking garage and walked over. We sat outside because it was cloudy but still cool out. It was good food, but not my style. They had oatmeal pancakes or ones with lemon or lime zest. You couldn't get regular stuff. I found something though! Eggs, lol, and bacon and toast. We left and decided to go see a movie at 1:30. We stopped for gas and then drove to the theater. We got settled for Sex and the City 2. It was alright. Really cheesy and corny. All the good/funny parts were from the trailers. It was super long to sit through, but I was happy to go see a movie. I actually liked almost all of the previews for it though. I can't remember what they were, but I'm interested in them! Afterward she dropped me off and later made dinner: leftovers lol. I had more chicken and mac and cheese and the rest of the pasta roni. I watched more Harry Potter movies until bed time. 10:46PM

Today I found like 3 jobs online that would be really great for me. I really hope something works out. But it's the weekend now and Monday's a holiday, so it's going to take some time for these. I had leftovers from last night for lunch and for dinner I made some mac and cheese to eat with my chicken. People have been moving out all around and now there's a big cleaning overhaul going on everywhere. Inside the apartments that is. I wish the trash guys would come back to get a second load of the stuff here. It's just going to get worse once the new tenants move in because they're going to add to the trash pile. I watched some Harry Potter movies that were on tv in my spare time. 10:42PM

I got up and had breakfast. I left the house to go to Pure Pop. I picked up a CD album that Nick had pre-ordered a while back. I got a little drinky at Starbucks since I had a gift card. I then dropped my thank you letters in the mail and came home. It's cooler than the day before, but still pretty hot. I've got to keep the fan on. I had leftover pizza for lunch and then applied to a few jobs. For dinner I cooked some chicken a skillet and had some with pasta roni. It was pretty yummy. 10:39PM

Today I got back to the business of finding a job. I applied to a couple things and then relaxed. It was super sunny and therefore super hot outside and therefore inside. It was up above 80 in here. Awful. For lunch and dinner I had leftover pizza from the night before. Lovely! There's not much tv on now that it's summertime. 9:50PM

We got up around the same time today and got ready to come back to Burlington. I forgot to mention how awful the showers are. It blows out more air than water. It's really absurd. Anyway, we checked out and drove back to Burlington. It was a real quick drive, like 2 hours and really simple. We went to see my car and since it worked drove it over to the Honda place. Whatever they thought needed done had to be completed at the Honda dealership. Dad and I dropped the car off there and then we went grocery shopping. We picked up my Kappa Alpha Theta poster/frame and put it in the back of the car. We did the grocery shopping and then came home to unload. For lunch we went back to Friendly's for a fourth time. Haha. I like it as least. The food's consistent and yummy. Real basic. We then went to the UMall to do a little shopping for me! I got some clothes: two pairs of shorts and two shirts from Express and a video game and some new sheets for the bed. Nick stained them from sweating. We went back to the new hotel and I took a nap until dinnertime. We got pizza at Junior's and it started to rain like crazy. It was like rain back in Louisiana! I was scared though. It finally quit and they dropped me off at home. I watched a little tv before going to sleep. 9:47PM

We got up early to go on a tour of the lake today. I had some coffee and a little breakfast sandwich. Then we got going and began the tour. It was totally exhausting I thought. We did so much walking around, and climbing stairs and stuff. I was worried about ticks in some areas, so I hung back haha. We skipped lunch so I felt so weak. During it, I got a phone call from Progressive. They filled the position. Oh well. Too bad. I was starting to think otherwise about the job, so glad the decision was made for me instead. Something will work out eventually. We started at 10 and finally finished around 5. We immediately left to get lunch/dinner at the Anchorage, I think it was called. I super thristy. Food was pretty yummy too. We did a little more driving around before we got back to the hotel for some tv. 9:30PM

I got up and did a little packing. My parents picked me up and we went to Friendly's for breakfast. I wasn't too hungry so I got only a bagel. I went to the bank and then we checked in on the car. No news quite yet, so we left for New Hampshire. We took a small side trip to drive around Dartmouth, but it was very small I thought. We got back on the road and got to Lake Sunapee. We did some exploring but finally got to the hotel. We checked in and then visited the little general store because we were a little hungry. We did some more driving around the lake. I thought it was nice. Not too touristy, not the amount of other lakes I feel. But it was still nice, not trashy and dirty. We got dinner at Digby's. The service was terrible because there was one single person serving a whole restaurant but I got some delicious nachos for dinner. We came back to the hotel for some tv. Mom thought the room was too warm so we got that changed. And then I thought it was too cold haha. After a bit, we just called it a night. 9:37PM

I had a tiny breakfast: just tea and got ready to leave. Nick and I walked up to campus and got in our line up. We arrived at 7:35 and we didn't go out to the green until like 8:30. At last it was our turn, the business school. We walked out and took our seats. I was in the 5th row and Nick was in the 3rd. The speeches began and it was fine. But once that was over we were exposed in the sun. And wearing our black robes certainly made it hot. I brought a purse full of water and snacks so I began to munch on those. I didn't want to faint while I got my diploma lol. So after maybe an hour it was our turn, yay! We got up and finally it was my turn. I got the diploma cover and shook some hands of I don't know who lol. I walked down the stairs and met up with Nick. We ran into his mom and grandparents and took some pictures. Then dad told me to meet up with them so we found them. We took some more pictures and then Nick's dad and grandparents came over for more pictures. We decided to go try to get our diplomas. They weren't in the covers that's why. Nick got his History one and we went to the Davis Center for our business one. We did and got some snacks/drinks at the reception. Once that was done we said bye to my parents and Nick and I went back to the graduation ceremony (yes it was still going on) and sat down for the conclusion. We made it just in time! I'm glad we saw the end. We ran into Jay and Steele, old friends from Freshman year and that was neat. We walked home and it was so very hot. By now it's about 2. So it went on for a very very long time. I took a shower since I was so disgusting and then Nick got picked up to go to his little celebration and then my parents came to get me. We went over to Chili's for lunch lol. Originally we planned to go to Stowe, but we didn't want to drive that far. We felt tired and wanted to eat now. Chili's was just as yummy though. I saw someone I knew there too. After we stopped by Nick's little get together and stayed for a while. But the black flies were getting to us, or mom mostly, so we went home. I went to the hotel and took a nap I think for an hour or so. Then I got dropped off around 7:30. Nick came home and we watched Sunday shows and then called it a night. 11:19PM

Well today Nick and I were driven to the laundromat downtown by my dad. We did our laundry and mom and dad picked us back up. We dropped it off at the apartment and then went to Friendly's for a little lunch. I got the fried chicken and it was so good. That honey mustard sauce is also very good. Yum. So then we got dropped back off and waited for dinner in a few hours haha. We got picked back up and went to the Windjammer. My side was there, and then Nick's side was there, his grandparents and parents. We sat down and had dinner. It was really good, but the giant brownie sundae was amazing. Yumm. I was so full. We came home and watched a little tv and that was it. The big day's tomorrow! 11:11PM

So today I got up and got ready. My dad came over to pick me up and we went to the car place to see what's going on. And they wanted the valet key. We dropped it off and then got some water at Hannafords. We went back to the hotel and waited for mom to finish getting ready. We went over for Friendly's and got a little breakfast. I wasn't feeling so well so I didn't too much. When we were finished we went over to the Davis Center to check out the bookstore for mom. She got an afghan throw that has buildings of UVM on it. It's very nice. I would have gotten it too, but I want one with the sorority crest on it in a few months. And I'm waiting because it's too hot to use it now lol. So we walked downstairs and saw Nick. But we had to hurry out because the meter was up and they are crazy about ticketing around here. We went back to the hotel and waited around. Eventually they dropped me off and I changed into some nicer clothes. I had been pre-qualified for a job with Progressive and the next step was to take some tests. They would judge to make sure I am capable of the job, math, reading, some logic. IQ type questions. And then a personality test to see if I'm angry a lot, or feel good about myself. That type of thing. So we drove over and wasted some time before I went in. I began the test and passed the first one. Good! Then I began the second and passed too, yay! Now I'm waiting for the phone interview. My parents picked me back up and we went back home to change. Nick finally was home and after an hour or so we went downtown to have dinner with my uncle and aunt. We met up with them at Leunig's but left to eat at VT Pub & Brewery. I got a delicious turkey sandwich. It was just soo good. We left once we were done and I stayed in for the rest of the night. 11:07PM

I did the regular job search thing again and then was expecting my parents to come into town. But they had some major flight delays and missed their final flight. So instead of getting in around 3:30, they got in at like 11. So I didn't get to see them today. However, Nick and I made our giant Costco pizza for dinner. We watched the NBC finales on tv and then I watched the Real Housewives of NYC and then called it a night. 10:54PM

So I've been talking back and forth with the car place to get things figured out. But no leads just yet. They want to see the part that got replaced a few weeks ago, and of course it's with me and I've got no way to get it there. So eventually Nick's dad comes over and we go to Costco. Then we went out to eat at Roque's and it was extremely filling, wow. He's going to be nice and drop off the part tomorrow morning, yay!!! So we come home and that's the end of my day. 9:45PM

I did the typical routine that I've been doing lately. When Nick got home from work we drove over to the bottle redemption center. Nick decided it would be a good idea to turn off the car, and when it was our turn to move up in line, it didn't start. Oh no! So eventually we got pushed up by some nice people. We called AAA to get it towed to a different car place. I'll get a second opinion. So Nick's mom came to pick us up and dropped me off at home while they went downtown. I had leftover spaghetti for dinner and we watched a few Tuesday night tv shows. 9:39PM

Searched for probably 5 hours for jobs to apply to. I've got my links all bookmarked so the process should be easier and faster now. When Nick came home we went downtown to the mall there. I got some things I needed at Victoria's Secret and Macy's. We looked for slip covers, but they didn't have any. We came home and relaxed and tried to catch up on some tv. We pork chops for dinner and I made some wax beans that were unfortunately not very good either. We watched House and maybe some other things to finish out the night. 11:56PM

I did the normal, but Nick's been away for a few days and today was the day he was to come home! He brought home his dad's couch so we got rid of the futon in return. It opened up our living room area quite a bit. So this is good. Now it just needs a slip cover. Nick checked on the bird in the ceiling, but it wasn't there. Good for me I guess. We got into the car to go to the grocery store, but guess what, it didn't start. So we waked over to City Market and got our things. Luckily, we didn't need all that much for once. We carried it back home and made dinner: spaghetti and meatballs. We tried a new sauce and it was disgusting. We watched some Sunday shows and that was it! Dad gave me a tip to try starting the car and it worked! So hopefully the problem that I've been having can be easily fixed with this. 11:53PM

Today the smoke/ CO2 detector was chirping because the battery is low. Awesome, something else. I called the landlord up again and he came over and changed the battery. Again, my excitement for the day. lol. I ordered a pizza for dinner from Dominoes and it was delicious. So good. I liked their pizza before the change and I still like it afterward. I watched the movie The Hangover on HBO and then He's Just Not That Into You on demand. The Hangover was really funny. I'm glad I finally saw it.11:20PM

I woke up and was going to get into the shower when I discovered there was a live bird in the ceiling. I called the landlord and he came over to check it out. He opened the hole that it came in by to hopefully let it fly out. In a few days, he'll put a cage over it so it doesn't happen again. I'm named the bird Francesca and it squawks a lot lol. I hope it goes out, because if it died, it'd stink. That was sadly my excitement for the day. For dinner I made chicken quesadilla's with the leftover chicken I had from the night before. They were tasty, and I had a regular cheese one too. I was so full afterward. 11:19PM

Again, searched for jobs for hours. It's frustrating. The majority of what I see are just scams like work from home, or take surveys and get tons of cash. And then I see a ton of sales jobs that I have to keep lookg through to find a legitimate job. I found a few and applied. I read some of another magazine, it's mostly just a pile up of stuff I hadn't looked at during these last few months and now that I have time I'm going through it. Later I baked a piece of chicken was disgusting to touch eww. And combined it with some Pasta Roni. I watched Thursday night tv shows and that was about it. 10:52PM

Today I did the same. I searched through many job listings and then got ready to go up to campus. I wanted to try to return a book, but the bookstore didn't want to give me anything for it. So I went to this other place and they gave me a $1. lol. Oh well. Least it's off my hands. I then went to the Print and Mail center and got some much needed stamps and then came home. Oh I also went out to get some gas too! Woohoo. The place was full and I was waiting to go next, but not one, but two people cute me off and got in front of me! Anyway, later Nick and I went to Costco to get some things for me, like water, tuna, and frozen cheeseburgers. We stopped at McDonalds and got that for dinner. It was yummy, but it made me thirsty. 10:49PM

I've been waking up a little early lately. I got dressed and got some grades. My BSAD grade was a C and Beer was officially an A. For the next few hours I searched for jobs. I also read a magazine and finished it. I vacuumed which was exhausting because it was desperately needed. That was essentially all of my day. Nick came home and we made dinner: pizza. It was exciting. We watched Lost and hung around the house. 10:46PM

I woke up around 9 and got ready. Turns out I got an A- in History. It's my first A in a History class, yay. I always got B's and took this class so that I could get this A. I'm glad I barely got it haha. I looked my website over one last time and submitted it. I applied to some jobs and eventually had to go up to campus for my final exam period for that same webpage class. From 3:30-after 6 we watched presentations of our website. I was kind of awkward in mine as usual, but thought it otherwise went smoothly lol. We had to rank the websites, so hopefully people liked mine. I came home and Nick and I made dinner: chicken and mac and cheese, mmmm. We watched some Monday night tv and I had a single drink to celebrate lol. Officially done! Now I just need to wait for grades and go to the actual ceremony. 11:16PM

Happy Mother's Day! I woke up to snow today. It wasn't sticking, but it was getting blown around a lot. We first dropped my new poster thing off that my friends had made for me. I'm getting it framed. We then went to the grocery store and successfully made it back home without any car troubles. Maybe the problem has been fixed. For the next few hours I worked on my webpage and added some additional features that I knew I wanted to add. Nick tried it all out on his computer and looks like everything is working, so yay. I guess I'm more or less done with it. Later we went to visit his mom at work and got some sandwiches there. They were very yummy and we were full for the rest of the day. We watched some Sunday night tv shows and that was it. I didn't have a sorority meeting to go to which felt very odd. 11:14PM

I woke up at 8 to get ready for my sorority pledging ceremony. I was so excited, I've waited two years for this. I drove up with my car, yay it worked! Oh it was raining though so it was yucky. We had to wait, but eventually it began and it was great. I obvisouly have to keep it a secret, but it was great. So I'm officially a "new member" of Kappa Alpha Theta. Immediately after we had a little lunch party. We got some goodies :) and had pizza. It was delicious as I had skipped breakfast I was so excited. My "little" and her roommate painted a poster that has our letters on it and the flower and two stars. It's really something to see. I can't believe they did it by hand it's so professional. I'm going to get it framed. I got it because I'm graduating. I'm loving all the attention it's giving me lol. I'm the only one and the topic comes up every single time I see them lol. I drove home and then went out to do laundry. I went downtown just in case the car wouldn't start. I came home, put everything away and later went to bowling with Nick, Steve, and Sarah. It was a lot of fun. I got 104, 87, and 113. We came home and I stayed in for the rest of the night. 10:48PM

Let's see, I got up and did some last minute studying for BSAD. I felt ready so I went up for it before 11:45. There was about 40% of us there, in the class. The test went fairly well. I had some issues in the beginning, but the other 2/3 were good. I left after an hour and 15 and came home. I later walked back up at 2 to meet Sophie so that we could go get my car. We drove over and I got the car back. I found the old part in the front seat, which I thought was odd. So I kept it for evidence lol. They also tried to pull up my car as a courtesy, to be closer and easier to get too, but they had a very similar car, but not mine. Oh well. I came home and then began to study for my last exam. I went through everything, notes, handouts, the book, homework, quizzes. I did all I could and walked up with Nick for the 7pm exam. It was only 22 questions and I was done in 10 minutes. I went back over it and left. One part was a little hard but I knew the rest. So that means I'm officially done with exams! Yay! Oh this morning I found out I got an A in Beer class, well according to my calculations. We came home after and watched some movies, 101 Dalmatians and Aladdin. 10:26PM

I woke up at 6 in order to get in more studying for History since I felt so bad yesterday. I did just that and felt more ready for it. I walked up around 8:30 and got my seat. The exam started at 9 and I was through it in 15 minutes. Don't worry I reviewed it one more time for another 10 minutes. I felt satisfied and turned it in. There were some unnecessary tricky questions, like for instance, who was the vice president of the running-mate, who lost in such and such election. I knew who won, and what years, but didn't know who lost and especially who their VP would be. Oh well. I then went to the Bookstore to return some books. The books I returned, originally cost me a total of $78. I got back, only $20. That was for three books. Terrible. I got a latte at the library and came home. That was a bad choice, because I was up to pee very frequently while trying to study. I got home and began to study for BSAD. Again I felt tired so I took an hour nap in the middle of my studying. At last I got through it all. Later Nick and I made dinner: ham and corn. It was yummy. I also made cookies a while later. We watched Thursday night shows and that was it! We even went to sleep an hour early!! Wowie. Oh I also applied to a few jobs too. 10:51PM

Today was a study day, or reading day, whatever they call it. I got up around 9 and got ready for the Student Life awards, apparently our sorority was nominated as organization of the year. I walked up and sat down with my people. It was kind of long to sit through and I had a bad seat where I needed to turn my head. We finally got to our award section and turns out we won it!! It was pretty exciting actually. There were like 15 or so other clubs nominated, so that's really cool. After I got a few bites of food that was provided for us. I got BBQ covered meatballs. It was actually pretty tasty. I didn't like anything else they had so I just got a big piece of cake. I felt loaded with sugar afterward lol. I had also brought up my Beer exam that I would turn in extra extra early, and as a result receive 5 bonus points on top of my exam grade. I couldn't find the office to turn it in. I literally wander for like 5 minutes on this one floor. I gave up and went to see Nick who was getting off work at the same time. He said he would help me so we walked back over to the building. Of course he found it because what I thought was a door, actually lead to a new hallway where the office was. I then came home and began to study for my History exam. I felt tired shortly in so I attempted a nap. But I kept getting calls about my car just as I was about to fall asleep. So I gave up after the second call. I got back to studying, but I had this massive headache and couldn't concentrate. I did the minimum, but I felt good. Later Nick and I had dinner: jambalaya. I relaxed a little and of course, by around 10 o'clock, my headache was gone, but it was nearly time for bed. I looked over my notes a little more before sleep. 10:43PM

Last Tuesday and officially the last day of class of college, yikes! I got dressed and went to BSAD, last class. We got our last papers back and got our current scores if we weren't to take the final. I currently have a C, I'm pumped about that. It's a very difficult class, this just simply means I can graduate! haha. But I'll still take the final to see if I can bring it up anymore. After I met Sophie out near Waterman. She picked me up and we drove downtown for some lunch at Boloco. Since she had a car.... I decided that I would try to see if my car worked, if so, I would drive to the dealership to get it fixed and she could bring me home. It did in fact work, so that's what we did. She brought me home and then I relaxed for the rest of the evening. Oh wait, I still had another class, Python. So I went up for that and watched the rest of the presentations. Some were entertaining. We walked home and luckily it wasn't raining again. There was a downpour earlier in the day. So we get home and yay, officially done! So crazy. For dinner Nick and I made sandwiches lol. I had tuna. We watched a lot of tv and then he went to the naked bike ride. It was kind of drizzling and I had picked some dead burnt skin off my nose and it hurt, and therefore didn't want any yucky rain or other thing to touch the new skin, I decided not to go. Lol. I went to sleep and that was that! 10:58PM

Last Monday for me! I started out with History. We had a review and did evaluations. I then went to see Nick afterward at his work. We were going to try and install Office 2010 on our computers, but the CD was gone for the day, :( It started raining to hung out with Nick until he had to go help someone downstairs. I walked back over to the classroom my Beer class is in. Our teacher gave us the option to redo any of our previous exams, but I didn't feel the need to since I've done well. I can get an A in the class as long as I get a 63 or better on the final, and it's take home, so I'm pretty sure I can at least that lol. So I went up and asked for just the final and he said, "good for you!" and was proud haha, so that was nice. I did an evaluation and came home. I had lunch and worked on my Beer exam. I worked on my webpage a little more and then had to go to that class. We had our pizza party! I got two slices and watched some presentations. They were interesting, one guy called someone who had asked a question, an asshole. It was a very entertaining! I got out just before 8 and had cereal as the rest of my dinner. We watched some tv and that was all. 10:33PM

It's Sunday and I got up and did the usual groceries with Nick. I did not take a shower today because I have a sunburn and very experienced with these. I decided to avoid any unnecessary pain and not take one lol. Anyway, I had taken two the day before so it's not all that bad. We got the groceries and came home. I worked on my website and practically finished it all, yay! I had lunch and later dinner before my meeting. I had to walk up because the car wouldn't start. It was the last sorority meeting of the semester, and last official one was an undergraduate. At the end they gave me a card, little balloon, and a big thing of flowers. I teared up haha, couldn't help it. After I went to the first floor of the Davis Center and waited for Nick to get out of his meeting. I had to sit around for an hour. I didn't want to walk home alone, especially with flowers and stuff all in my hands. We came home and I went straight to sleep. I've also been applying aloe vera all day and I think it's helping pretty nicely. 10:24PM

I woke up around 9 for a big day. I got a ride from Emily to head over to what was the Kappa Alpha Theta house 5 years ago. Another college uses it as dorms, but it'll come back to us in a year or two. But we stood out there waiting for the torch for "Greek Games." We finally joined together and went to one of the Redstone greens. It was a long day and the sun drained me. They didn't feed us or provide water. I brought something, but it wasn't enough. I also thought maybe there would be tents. So I got a sunburn and got a horrible headache. But it was still kinda interesting to watch. There was a relay run/team thing, and a human sundae where ice cream and toppings were dropped onto someone's face. There was also a slip n slide, obstacle-ish course, something with slime (The theme was Nickelodeon) and probably some other things I'm forgetting, oh a tug-o-war. We one like only one thing lol. But we came in first for best banner! We finally left around 3:45. I came home with Emily and had lunch. I then took a nap for an hour to try to get some energy back and get rid of my headache. That kind of worked. I got into the shower and got ready for our formals. Despite the fact that I'm quite red, I looked good lol. We walked up to campus and got onto the bus. Half of the sorority drove downtown and got onto the Spirit of Ethan Allen III for a cruise. It was raining a little though. We got some seats and soon we left the dock. Dinner was served and I got a plateful of yummyness. I ate nearly all of it. Nick got a beer and I got a soda, and we had to pay for the soda, I thought that was weird. Well we danced for a little bit, took some pictures and then gave out a few awards. I got the "Super Senior" award, because I'm the only one haha. But it sounds like I didn't graduate on time, since it's "super" oh well. It was fun, but I was pretty tired after. We got on the bus and went back to the Davis Center. Then Nick and I walked home and my feet were killing me. I uploaded some pictures and then went to sleep shortly after. 11:59PM
