Today we got up and since I didn't have any of my stuff I just go redressed and then we had breakfast. We played Scrabble since my luggage still hadn't arrived yet. Aww. Finally it came and after the game we went back to campus. I cleaned up there and then we went to the Marche. There really wasn't any food available so we got some ingredients and then went to the dorm. We decided to go to Price Chopper to get some bread but they had this really good deal on Ragu sauce. But 3 for the price of 1. So we had to get that. But we got home and watched a Star Wars movie for Nick. We made some dinner and then watched Amazing Race. We saw the results but missed the last bit because our local channels died out because of the snow/rainy stuff. Then it was time for Storm Chasers and it was soo good! The finale will be next weekend. I'm pumped. Now I've got to go to sleep. 11:28PM

Of course getting back from Thanksgiving never goes smoothly. Even when I leave for Vermont a day sooner. So I get up this day at 4:30. I shower and get ready. I pack the rest of my things and dad and I are off to New Orleans at 6:30. We arrived around 7:45 and I checked in. I went through security and then waited at my gate. I got a magazine and then it started to rain. We left a little late, around 10:20. I arrived in Newark at 2:20, late. And my next flight left at 2:50. Oh shit. So Newark signs are not properly labeled and I couldn't find anyone in my rush so I just did the best I could. But I got out of security and took 10 minutes to change terminals. I run to security and cut some of the line but another 10 minutes later and nearly about to cry I run to the gate with 8 minutes to spare. I was the 2nd to last person on the plane. But I got on. Then after we backed out. I see a luggage car driver pointing to our plane and I saw a black suitcase sitting on it. Oh that's probably mine. After a very quick flight I land in Burlington and of course my luggage was not there. But Nick arrives and we wait to put in a luggage claim. I probably won't get it till the next day. Ah well. So we leave the airport finally and go to McDonalds for some dinner. It was busy! lol. So then we go to Linens N Things and I got a vacuum and some plates. I saved about $150. Not bad! Then we went to his house and just stayed in. I was tired and had a headache since I got so caught up with the issues in Newark. We watched some movies and then called it a night. 11:20PM

I had a little bit of tough time waking up this morning but I got into the shower and got ready. I was still so full from yesterday that I could only drink half my tea. I then left for work after 5 and when I got there, no one was waiting to come in. So sad, means we're really closing. Work was fine though. Decently busy, but not like previous years. I had forgotten my coupons at home. I couldn't believe it. So I asked dad to bring them to me. He did, how nice. After work I went to Express and got a pair of jeans and a free lounge pant. Yay! I saved $20 and got 20% off on the jeans. I then drove to Frock Candy and checked that out along with J. Crew, Guess, and White House Black Market. I was looking for a black jacket. I found a few I liked but they were too expensive. So I'll wait a month to see if it gets cheaper. I stopped at McDonalds and then came home. I was pretty tired so I napped for a little bit. I packed my things and then we had some dinner. I talked to Nick for a while online and now I'm going to get ready for bed and hopefully get some sleep tonight before I wake up bright and early again. 8:27PM

Today I got up around 9 and had the same start as the other days. Today was my first day off because it's Thanksgiving. I watched mom cook and helped mash the potatoes. I ate a lot. A lot. And I am still soo incredibly full. I ate way too much. And now I've got a stomach ache. I bought some Christmas presents today for Nick and I'm going to do some shopping after work tomorrow. Traffic will be horrible, but I don't want to pass up on some of these deals. I've got to go to bed soon because I'm waking up at 3:45. 8:29PM

So today I slept in till 9:30 and I got up and got dressed. I made some crescents for breakfast and then didn't do much. I tried to get mom to go shopping with me, but no such luck. I went in to work at 3 and was there for the rest of the day. After I came home and went to sleep kinda later. 8:24PM

I woke up early again in order to go to work. It was a long long day. And my back was killing me. I can't even bend over since I've been on my feet so much. It hurts to bend. After I met mom at the mall and lucky for her I was in pain so not entirely in the mood to spend time doing some hardcore shopping. Nevertheless I went to Express and got 2 shirts for a total of $8.72 instead of for $77. My best deal yet! Then to MAC because I needed Then we got two free truffles at Godiva because I had a coupon. Then we checked out Hollister. I feel too old for that store now lol. Then we went bebe. Too much but cute. Then Victoria's Secret and I got a free undie. Then to the AT&T store to show mom the phone I liked. Verizon is going to be selling practically the same thing! So I'm pumped if I have to switch to that. Then to Macy's and I got some eye liner and mom got some stuff. Then we drove home and had dinner. I watched House and my Jon and Kate Plus 8 show. 10:21PM

Alrighty. So I got a big 11 hours of sleep. I got up and had some breakfast. I then went to the grocery store and bought several things I needed. Then I got back, made some lunch and then went to work. They were happy to see me and it was nice to be back. I just hope the customers are nice now. So much for sleeping last night. I ended up falling asleep around 11. So all in all I got less than 3 hours of sleep because I had to let Nick in and I couldn't fall back to sleep. I got up at 2:40 and showered. I had a little breakfast and then packed and we were out of the dorms around 4. We drove to the airport. It had snowed a little over night so I hoped I wouldn't have any problems. I checked it after what took forever! I went through security and waited to board. They de-iced the plane and then we were off. It was just freezing on that plane wow. I landed in Cleveland and bought a magazine. I boarded my next flight and flew to New Orleans. I got my luggage and I had even arrived early. I had a few scary bumps, but otherwise that was very smooth. Dad had picked me up and we had left the airport around 11. We drove back to Baton Rouge and I can see what damage the trees had done back in August/September. We got lunch and then I unpacked. Eventually Dad and I went to the mall to look for a new phone since the contract is up, but they were sold out. Blast! We picked up dinner on the way home and ate. I watched a tiny amount of tv but now I feel ready for bed. I barely slept on the first plane and didn't at all on the second. At least I'm home safely. 9:15PM

I got up at 10 today and took my time getting ready. I played wii and had breakfast. I then went to my History class. 24 people were there. We got out on time and I came back to the dorm. I began to pack and get my things in order. I charged my phone and stuff too. Then Nick and I went to the Verizon store and then got dinner at the Marche. They were open to 6, but stopped serving hot food at 4. That sucks. I understand they want to get out of there, but poor us kids who want to eat! So I got bagel bites and Nick got some hot dogs to make in the room. I packed more and we watched tv and played games. Nick has left and will come back later, and I'm going to try to go to sleep now. I am tired so hopefully I'll pull this off. Then I'm waking up at 2:45, getting ready and off to the airport early early. 8:05PM

I woke up a little early today so that I could study some more Accounting. I did just that and was ready to take the exam. I rode the bus there and had the exam. Umm I don't feel as confident on it now... That's not good. But we got a 54/60 on our case, and that's pretty good. I then had 132 which was long long. Then MIS and I was wanting to get out of there so badly. He obviously wanted to as well as we began to rush things. Nick and I got lunch at New World Tortilla. I walked back to the dorm and did my accounting homework, completing what I needed to complete before break. Yay! I may meet with the Marketing group, but no one is responding. That's fine with me though. I don't want to do a thing. lol. So I met with Nick after he got out of work and we got some ice cream. Even though yes it was like 28 degrees outside. lol. I watched the Grey's Anatomy episodes I missed and then got dinner at Simpson Store along with some airplane snacks. We watched Kath & Kim, The Office, and Always Sunny. Oh and now, a 5th person has died. He was a sophomore. It's been a strange time. I didn't know this guy though. Well I've got one more class tomorrow but I wish I was leaving then. The professor asked how many would be there. Out of 38 of us, I bet only 25 max will be there. Probably closer to 20. 11:25PM

I woke up at 6:40 today in order to register for classes. I got into the 5 I was trying to get in to. 5 business ones. Eesh! And only business. Obviously I couldn't get into a PE so I emailed the teacher and I'm trying to get an override for it. I then got ready for class and went to Marketing. It was fine, some kids debated and got angry in class today. There's some people that just don't give up in arguments. Omg it was freezing today by the way. It was like 25 all day and windy. Ugh it was cold. I took the bus to Alice's for a bagel and then another bus back to the dorm. I did a lot of laundry and then went to History. I was studying in between all that for Accounting. History was fine and then I had to go to our computer lab and do a practice Accounting test thingy that we always hand in. I took the bus back, it was still super cold. I had a few snacks in my room and then studied. I had to take a 20 minute nap though. Nick and I had dinner at Simpson and then I studied more. I took a break for Jon and Kate Plus 8 and then finished studying. The PE lady got back to me. So I'm going to be on a list and hopefully I'm near the top, but seniors get first priority. Then I need to hope that people drop out of the class and then I can be in. So I chose the class that is on a Monday and Wednesday (first of the week, who wants that) and at the earliest time. I'm really hoping people are discouraged about that and will drop out. Nick had people drop out of his PE once and so that was how he got in. So I'm hoping for the same thing. Otherwise if no one drops the class, I'll be kicked out. If that's the case, I'll just sign up to test out and have to pay a fee. But I'll get it done. 11:17PM

Ah so now all the good PEs are full. And the left overs are either bad because I can't ski or I have class at that night. So I'm going to try to get an override. Hopefully it'll work out. I had Accounting and our professor mentioned Ryan's death. I'm glad she did. She said maybe we ought to get something for his wife, baby books or something nice. Then I had 132 and that was long long. Our professor was sick so MIS was short today. I could tell he felt miserable. Nick and I got a turkey lunch at the Davis Center. I wanted ice cream, but I shouldn't because it was 27 degrees outside and was snowing! We only got like a quarter of an inch. So I got back to the dorm an did my 132 homework. I took an hour nap and then studied a chapter of Accounting. Nick and I made ravioli tonight and then watched House and other tv we missed. Now I'm off to bed to wake up early to register for classes! 11:18PM

I got up at 7:10 today, regular time. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get in the shower on time because the "special" and honor people get to register for classes first. I'm sorry. No one deserves it and all freshman should have to wait for the very last day to sign up for classes that are 95% full. Nick's roommate had early sign up for some reason, but didn't need it this year, but they just forgot to take him off the list so he got to anyway. So, still as a Junior, I have to wait till Wednesday. Anyway I had Marketing and then I saw Nick for a little bit after class. I caught the bus and went to Alice's. Then I caught another bus back to the dorm. It was cold and windy and I didn't feel like getting my face blasted dry. I did my 132 reading and then went to my History class. I met with Stephanie after class and we saw my Accounting professor to talk about the case. Hopefully we'll do well on it. I road the bus back to the Marche and got some half and half for my tea. I also ate a pizza there. I got back to the room and did some more homework. I'm pretty much caught up and have done a lot of work that's due past Thanksgiving. That means all that's left is to study for Accounting for two solid days. So Nick and I ate at the Marche. We went for some flank steak, but ended up not getting it lol. I watched some Desperate Housewives episodes I missed; a lot. And then we watched Heroes. I'm thinking I'll go to bed soonish. 10:43PM

Finally it got cooler. It took till mid-day for it to happen too. So I woke up today at 9 so that I could get ready and then meet with Stephanie at 10 in order to do our Accounting case. After an hour she left and then I did some random homework so that I don't have to worry about anything over Thanksgiving. Later Nick and I went to Simpson for breakfast. We got back and I did some more reading. Then we went downtown to Colin's to get Nick's futon back and brought it to his house. We got back and stopped at the Marche for some snacks. I made a snack back at the dorm and then took an hour nap. Nick watched his new dvd. At 8 I had a sorority meeting. We gained like 3 new people, so that's good. I came back for the end of the Amazing Race and then got a sandwich at Simpson Store. I watched Storm Chasers and now I'm going to go to sleep. 11:27PM

It's so hot. In Vermont. In November. But first, yesterday. I slept in till 8:30. It was nice. I wrote 3 pages of my History paper and then went to that class. We finished the movie. It was sad, but good. I didn't cry lol. I got a flat wrap at New World Tortilla for lunch. I got to the room and just couldn't do my homework lol. So later Nick and I went to his house to see his kitty. Noo I did that, but Nick got some things he needed, electronicy stuff. Then we went to Best Buy and he got a movie. Then we checked out Linens N Things. I found some dishes I liked but I'll wait and see if they get lower. They are already 40%, but we can get nicer things since he's cheaper and stuff. Then we checked out Christmas Tree Shop too for some random things. Then we came home and watched the movie Nick got. Oh and Stephanie told me that someone had died from our Accounting class. It's been a really weird week with deaths too. We've been informed that 3 other people have died, and now this guy. He was just a year or so older then me, was married, had a baby, and his wife had another on the way. It's so sad. I mean, I can't recall if he was in class Thursday or not, but he died sometime that day. Not sure how. It doesn't seem real. So today we got up around 10 and Nick and I were suppose to see his mom, but her car didn't start so we didn't. Instead we got lunch at KFC. First time to eat there and I had been craving some chicken, but it wasn't that good. Popeyes is sooo much better. By far. Then we went to UMall and I got a simple pair of black flats at Kohl's to go with more outfits since all I have is brown! Doesn't match and these are comfy lol. We came home and we took a nap. I finished my paper by writing another 3 pages. We got some cheese and bread at the Marche and made some grilled cheeses. Then we watched tv, it was just raining tonight. But the heat is just blasting out of my heater, yet I've got it in the off setting. They just turn it on for the whole building and you have to suffer. I've got the fan going, the windows open and it still feels like it's August or May. Soo hot. 11:147PM

Nick is the greatest! :Says Nick. He wanted to do a little blog haha. First I had Accounting. We learned some things that kinda flew over my head. Ah well. Then we turned in our 132 papers. I think I did well. I mean I included everything. So I better see some good results this time. Then we had our exam in MIS. That was pretty good. I couldn't get a program to run, which really made me angry, but that was only worth 2 points. But I mean, 2 points could give me a higher letter grade you know. So that's why I cared. It was raining when we got out. Nick and I went to the Davis Center for some lunch. Luckily they had a chicken parmesan meal. It was very good actually. I mean normal type food by them, but I was satisfied. I walked back in the rain and got to the dorm. I did some Marketing but I feel asleep for an hour haha. I finished Marketing and then did MIS reading and then my Accounting. So I'll write my History paper tomorrow and then Stephanie and I will work on an Accounting case and I'll save my 132 reading later on so that I can remember it better. Nick and I went to the Marche for dinner and we had our beloved turkey dinner. Well I did anyway. It was pretty good. Nick helped me finish it off. I bought some candy. Oh no! I couldn't help it. Two big bags actually lol. I did some more of the homework I mentioned earlier. We watched some tv later too. Now I'm trying to go to bed. 11:18PM

Marketing started off my day today. I saw Nick briefly after class and then caught the bus to the bagel place, Alice's. I walked back to the dorm and did my laundry. I studied for my MIS exam that's tomorrow too. I went to History and we watched part 2 of the movie To Live. It's very good. We were all surprised that we had to stop it when he did. It was like oh hey! We're not done yet! I went to the Marche to get some lunch, but they were closed for a meeting. That sucked so much. I missed out the delicious pesto chicken ciabatta when they closed at a fine hour. I was pissed and walked back to the room and had some junk stuff. I studied more and took a 30 minute nap. Studied more and later made some ravioloi for dinner. I also did my Accounting homework and watched the repeat of Jon and Kate Plus 8. It was soo cute. Love that show. I started some Marketing and now it's just about time for bed for me! Tired tired. 11:10PM

I first had Accounting and that was alright. I don't know if I want to stick with it. I then had 132 and MIS. We reviewed in the last class. Afterward I went to see the 132 professor about my paper. He read it, good! It was all worth it. But I would not have any time to meet with him after waiting to for 30 minutes. I got some lunch instead at the Marche and ate in my room and did some homework. I returned for 5 to meet with him again. I was met with 8 other people wishing to do the same and so again I had to wait for an hour to finally get the chance to talk to him about my paper for literally 5-8 minutes. Whatever, I'll take it because I think it helped a little. I got some New World Tortilla for Nick and I and then I edited my paper. I finished my Marketing reading and watched a little tv, like House. Now I'm about to get ready for bed. My heat has been blasting out and it's making me so dry and yucky. It's in the off position, but they've forced it to come out into everyone's room anyway. 10:55PM

Finally today! I had Marketing and we our test back. I got a B, whatever that's fine. I then came back after a tasty bagel. I did my 132 reading and then had History. We started the movie To Live, it's a Chinese movie. Pretty good. I got back and then did my Accounting homework and caught up on all that. Nick and I ate at the Marche for dinner. We walked back and then went downtown to sign our lease for the apartment! We went to the landlords house and it was so nice. Built in 1877! And the place we will be at has 25 bedrooms and was built in the early 1900s. That's Burlington for you. So we're all set! I'm so glad we've got this all completed. It was the last one bedroom we saw. It's just perfect. I think we might be there for a while too. We'll have to see though. We got back just in time to watch Hero's and now I've got just 4 more pages to read tonight. I've completed a lot today and I'm just about back on track. Yay. 11:00PM

Got up this day around 11. It was good! I showered and did some more History reading. Still trying to catch up on stuff. Nick and I went to the Marche but were disappointed so we went to Harris Millis for the first time this year. It was like Simpson, but whatever I got full full. I had pancakes and a bagel and some sausage. Mmm. We walked back and I did more homework. I had to take a nap at one point during the day. My sorority meeting was canceled so Nick and I went to UMall. I used one of my free $10 at Express and then we got a few groceries at Hannaford's. Then we got back and before 8 we made ravioli. It was very yummy. Then it was time for the Amazing Race and then I guess I did some more homework and maybe a tiny bit more tv. I can't remember lol. And then I went to sleep after 11. 10:54PM

Ok so we got up kinda early ish. Maybe around 9 or 10. I showered and then Nick and I went to Simpson to have a typical breakfast. After we came back to do some homework. Around 2 I went over to Wright to see Brittany and some of the sorority crew. We watched Sex and the City and talked and stuff. It was a nice relaxing thing. Afterward Nick and I went out to eat at Roque's for dinner. We wanted something different than school food lol. It was good and they were fast for once! I brought home some leftovers and it had begun to rain. We watched tv, stayed in, and even played Monopoly. It was so much fun and we had some good laughs. I don't think I've really followed the real rules like we did ever before. Lol. I lost and got into over $5000 debt to Nick. Too bad. lol. We went to sleep around 1. 11:59P

Friday was my first time to semi sleep in! I got up at 8:30! I showered and then began to do some more reading of my History book. I couldn't finish it in time. But I had completed the important part. So I went to class and we didn't even talk about it haha. Afterward I got pancakes at the Marche and then Colin came over with Nick to check out this new tv Nick got. They left and I did more reading. Finally Nick got back and we went to Costco. I got 35 water bottles for 3.99. Awesome! Then Nick's watch broke. So he exchanged it for a new one. At last we left and went to his friends Steven's place. We had dinner and they caught up. I felt like an old couple just talking about the past. It's funny. A very adult thing. We left around 11:30 so that Nick and I could go to a midnight showing of this Smashing Pumpkins documentary. It was good, but I was just exhausted after. We got back to the dorms. I tried to go to sleep. Then some asshole guys ran down our hall ripping off of all our door sings, names, and whiteboards. They broke mine! I was so upset. That's never happened to me and normally it's just bulletin boards they break down. Nick chased after them but they got away. I probably fell asleep close to 3:30-4. I couldn't sleep after that. 11:14PM

I decided to keep waking up at 6:30 to try to keep catching up on my work. I had Accounting and we got our exams back. I got a 78 and that was the average and median. I am so pleased. Highest grade was a 91. It's a tough class. Then I had 132 and then MIS. Those were fine. I got out early again, but I had a meeting with my adviser so I went straight to that. I got some good information, but a lot of it I already knew. That's ok though. I got some lunch at the Marche and then did more homework. Well I had to read my History book so that was all I did this day. At 5 I went to a meeting with my 132 professor looking to get help on the paper. But it was this group thing and I couldn't believe it! I was wanted a one on one meeting. So I asked him to look it over, but he doesn't know if he will be able to look over it. Seems like he's not even willing to. I can't believe it. Why should I suffer when I go out of the way to get help. Ugh. So I walk back after wasting an hour trying to get some help that didn't happen. I got dinner with Nick, a pizza. I read some more and then watched a tiny amount of tv and went to sleep early. 11:59PM

Today I got up at 6:30 so that I could keep catching up on my work. I had Marketing, but didn't get the test back. I then walked downtown to drop off our application of the apartment we saw the night before. I came back up and got a bagel and then did my laundry and homework. I went to History and got lunch afterward. I then had to write my 132 paper so that I could meeting with him tomorrow. Nick came home but I did more homework. We had dinner and then I later watched the rest of my baby show and then something much later. 11:59PM

Again I woke up at 6:30 to do some last minute studying and then went to take the exam. It was ok. not horrible, not amazing, but ok. I'm pleased actually. I then had 132 and MIS. We got out early and I ate with Nick. I then did some homework. I then walked downtown to my voting place and voted! W00t. I walked back up and waited for Nick to get out of work. So I read. He did and we walked down to another apartment to check out. We saw it and it was amazing. So nice and great location as well. I wanted it so badly. We walked back up and I went with Nick so that he could vote. We got some McDonalds on the way back and then I tried to doing some homework. Since I studied for two days I'm very behind on the rest of my work. It's just been more than usual and that doesn't help. So I watched the voting results from 11 on and then went to sleep after the speeches. 11:59PM

I woke up at 6:30 to do some last minute studying for my Marketing exam. I took it and it went really well I feel. I took my time, I knew the answers. Now I need the same results with my accounting exam! So I got a bagel after class and began to study for my Accounting exam. Yikes. I did have my History class and then went to meet with my Accounting professor about Stephanie and mine's case. We talked about stuff and the exam and then I got lunch afterward. I studied more and more back at the dorm. I got dinner and then only watched 30 minutes of my baby show and then went to sleep after studying more. 11:59PM

On Sunday I slept in again. We made some pancakes for breakfast. Then at 12 we met with a landlord to see a one bedroom in the same 3 bedroom place that we saw a few days ago. That was much nicer, but still not that wonderful. I'm sure there are better things out there. Then we came back and I had to study study for my Marketing exam that would be on Monday. And that was what I did literally all day. Later at night I went to the Davis Center for a sorority meeting. Then I came back and got a pizza with Nick. Ok so I woke up at a decent time. I showered and then went to Simpson for breakfast with Nick. Then we walked to the Marche so that I could buy a canned good. We walked back and then got into his car in order to go to his house. I took some pictures of his dad's canoe that he wanted done. I played with his kitty and then Nick and I drove to Linens N Things to check out the sales. We're going to wait a little bit more. Then we did some other errands but before I knew it I had to get ready and go to another sorority thing. I walked to this frat and I met up with Brittany and Ana. Then some other girls arrived. It was a little awkward cause it wasn't really a party party. The theme was devils and angels so I had put some clothes together that were all black and that was good enough. So we left after a while and went to Brittany's boyfriends frat, pike. Nick picked me up since they weren't doing anything and we came back to the dorm for the rest of the night. 11:59PM
