Happy Birthday to my daddy. Yesterday: had Geography. Really hoping to get the exam back, but not the case. Oh, it was raining and miserable and got pretty wet walking to Econ. I need to get a raincoat. I took that exam. It was decent. Not as bad as I thought it might be. Pretty sure I passed, but what the score is, I'm not sure. Then I went to eat lunch with Nick at Cook. Then we split and I was talked into going to this tea place with Derek. From English. Qutie awkward, but the tea was awesome. I hurried back for my CS class and the class was like empty because the professor talked of presenting things the class before lol. We got to leave 5 minutes early so I went back to the dorm and took a nap. Then Nick called and I met up with him and we got some free food at Living & Learning. That was very exciting. Then we went through his iTunes playlist and that was cool. Watched the movie Eternal Sunshine and were later joined by his roommate Jay. Funny dude. Then we put in Hero and that was pretty awesome. Nicely shot. Then we watched tv and Jay made macaroni and cheese lol. Then I came back at 3. Went to sleep. Woke up today and got a call from Ike the photo guy from the Cynic to go take pictures of a story that just popped up. So I hurried to a dorm and took some pictures of this 'flood' I was expecting a combination of New Orleans and Katrina. But nope, just a pump. Oh well. So I did that and got some coffee. Then I came back and just had some breakfast sorta. Checked the internet. Relaxed. And now I think I'm going to check the mail. 2:54PM

Today was my BSAD exam. I walked in and was confused becuse I couldn't figure out the seating chart lol. But I did eventually. Infact, I wasn't the only and I was amused by it. haha. Then Nick was as well. Showed him where he went. Emily had helped me earlier. I took the test. Kicked that one's ass as well. Is it wrong that I enjoy these exams? lol. Yeah you think I'm crazy. Whatever, I knew it. I left early and went to get coffee and a blueberry muffin at Cook. Then I went to the dorm and ate it and then went to the Atrium with Emily and I got lunch to just save it and eat it later. But I ended up eating it lol. I went to my English class and met someone knew there. It was kinda a strange set up there. I was sitting minding my own business when this, let's say very interesting, no peculiar, guy sat down next to me. Actually taking someone's spot. lol. And he handed me the essay we just created minutes ago. I read through it and he read through mine. Then we started talking. Then he gave me this shard of glass he found on the ground. ... lol! Then he wrote his screennane on the back. lol. He's nuts. And his name is Derek. I had to play hangman to find out. lol! Then I got the mail. Some random things from the college. Brought it back and finished the rest of my lunch, some fries. ehehe. Then I did homework and studied for Economics. No. I am very wrong. After English I went to my room and dropped my things off and went to Billings to go to this Abroad meeting. Was there from 2 to nearly 3 and then I got the mail and finished the fries. Then I did my work. And then eventually I got dinner at Cook. Then I did more work and popped in Eternal Sunshine and waited for Emily to get back from doing her things. She did and I went with her to a friend's room. Apparently she knows them from a class and then from her state. So we all huddled in their room and watched Grey's Anatomy. It was awesome by the way! Woke up and went to Geog for my exam and omg, did I kick that thing's ass. I feel rather good about it. And loved the format. I grabbed my map quiz, 10/10 and left early. I stopped by Cook and sat and had some coffee and a muffin. Then I went over to Econ and had that class. Was good. Then Nick and I went to the Atrium for some lunch. I used a block format, yesss. Good. lol. And we had a grilled cheese sandwich and fries. And oh my, was it good. Then I went back to the dorm and did something. But hm. What was it? I can't recall. I did something. I'm pretty sure I did something, OH! I read some English things. That's right. Then I began my studying for BSAD. And then I had class, www. Had a quiz there and he let us leave early. So I did and made a stop by the theater to find out the price of a ticket to the play. $7. Not bad. So I told Nick this as we shall see it. Online it said $17. Nuts. So that's why I asked. So I continued with my studying and that was going nicely and then found out the Nick got tickets for free! Even better! So he met me outside my dorm prior and so we went to the play. I wanted to see the end of it anyhow! And it was good. Very funny and I was able to see more of it this go around. Of course lol. Helps not taking pictures for it. And then he came back to my room to see this French book that Emily just got. Pretty funny with modern phrases and translations for STDs, body parts, how to text/IM in French. So yeah lol. What an awesome day! (It's my birthday) So about 7 minutes til midnight, I get a call from the photo editor and I said I'd take the assignment. I'm to take pictures of the play The Underpants that is being performed here. Luckily I've seen it done so that's good. Anyway, I got pretty excited from that idea. Then once midnight did hit Emily jumped around and gave me a gift! Aw, teared up. It was this pen, a glowstick (because of the concert I brought some back), a purple feather boa, and this tree that grows stuff. Sorta. With water. I'll do it this weekend or so. Then I went to sleep. Woke up and went to class. Was told happy bday by Nick and then by other Emily. Then I went to the Cyber Cafe and as I was leaving Hilary saw me and said it. Then I did some things before my next class, English. That was an interesting class today. Then I came back and got lunch. Oh! When I got back from English, there was a letter, two bottles of Dr. Pepper, and two Snickers bars from Meghan and Alison. Aw! How perfect! Then I studied for my Geog midterm. I feel really good for it. But went through it completely, as I should. lol. Then ah crisis!!!! My spacebar stopped working. It was terrible. I called up dad but couldnt really do anything. So I called the Computer Depot who were like ah, bring it in. So I called up Nick and he'd stop by later. Then we ordered pizza, to celebrate. And I got it and me and Emily ate. Then Nick fixed it for me. Yay. But it still kinda jams, but as you can see I'm using it. I just have to pound it. I might still bring it in. But I need the comp the next few days. Then on my way to go take the pictures I ran into Alison and Maria. As they were gonna share the pizza, but had got stuck on the wrong bus. Or something like that. But we chatted and then I did my thing at the theater. It was fun and I stayed for the first act, which was good. So I'd like to see the rest when it's out. Then I came back and went through the pictures. I was quite pleased and once again I had Emily look since she liked the one that was printed. And then sent them in. While I was editing, Jamie's mom called me and we talked for a bit. And earlier, Jamie and Amber were on speakerphone with me. Nice! Woke up. Got ready and went to Geog. It was wonderful as always. Then I raced over to Econ. That was good. Walked back to the dorm and later turned around and got lunch at Cook. I missed the sign that said what was on the meatball sub and so I just stood there as she added all these peppers and onions. Gross. So I scraped them off later. lol. Did some homework and later went to www class. As the professor was calling roll, after he called my name he asked me how Alaska was. So he remembered my small page. Yay. That's exciting. I left class and oh! Earlier I had checked the mail and it was full of love. lol. I got a birthday card from my aunt, thank you very much by the way! A letter from Grant. And a package from my parents. Filled with goodies, like a movie, a mousepad, and candy. Which I requested. lol. And other things. I continued with work and talked to Grant to let him know I got my letter. Then I called my parents to let them know I got the package. Eventually Emily came back and we went to dinner at the Marche where I had a lovely lasagna dinner. Mmm! So here's what went down there. Like a week ago I brought in an already purchased drink and didn't have any problems with it. Tonight, as I was buying a slice of cake I ran through the same drill and he was like do you have a receipt? And I was like I was just here 10 minutes ago. Then he gave me this like death stare. Pissed me off. Do I have a receipt? Of course not. You don't give them out! How the hell am I suppose to have one jackass? Arg, made me angry. But I left anyway with my cake and one time purchase of Dr. Pepper and went to the Cynic meeting. I picked up the new issue of our school paper and guess whose picture was on the front page and in color? That's right, mine! lol. I was shocked and pretty excited. I will frame it. lol. No. But maybe later in life I will. lol. Then I came back here and that's pretty much it. The concert was so awesome and so much fun! So let me get into it: I went over to meet up with Nick at 5:50ish and we walked over to the gym to wait in line before the doors opened at 6:30, but no one was there so we walked back to his dorm. Chilled there until 6:50 and walked back over. I got my ticket and there was a sign up that doors weren't opening until 7:15. So we waited around and they finally let us in at about 7:40. We grabbed a spot at very front center, awesome and the show began around 8. The Brothers Past played from then until about 9:20 and they were very good. Very fun. Good crowd again. It took me a while to get loose with the music, but by the end, I was feeling good. Like more relaxed. And so they had to set up for the main act and they finally came on at 9:55ish. The Disco Biscuits. They're a jam band, but they're very good and so fun. So they started and people dancing and stuff. Oh, so many people had lightsticks. And they'd throw them on the stage and stuff. So the Disco Biscuits played until a little after 12 and then had an intermission. An internission!? So many people flooded outside, like 85% of the crowd did. Easily. To smoke and get some water. Nick and I stayed and chatted with some people. And it got cooler lol, in temp. So the stage was rid of lightsticks and these guys to my left made me a necklace, lol. But it leaked on my shirt so I got rid of the bad one and kept the others as bracelets. So then the show started up again at about 12:45 and this was the best part. I was really relaxed and just having fun. But it was so sweaty and gross. Like, so bad. I took off my overshirt and just had on the tank top. So hot. I've never sweat so much. But ah, so much fun. So it finally ended at 2. Nick and I walked out and he went his way and I followed a group of people back to my dorm. Then I took a shower, because I was so so so gross. And I got the stain out!! With shout. Thank goodness. I really didn't think it would work, but it did! So then I went to sleep at 3. Woke up today at 12:30. Went to the Cyber Cafe for some coffee. Did my Geog and English homework. Yay. Finished it all up. Again! And then I went to dinner down on Church Street with Nick and his friend Meaghan, who I've hung out with before. So we ate at RiRa's. That was good. Rather good. Then we took the bus back and sat down inthe lobby of Meaghan's dorm. Which is acutally where my mailbox is located since we're in the same set. And read the papers and then went up to her room to watch Back to the Future, but we got kicked out becuase her roommate wanted to sleep so we walked back to Nick's room and finished the movie Me, Myself, and Irene. And it was funny despite the fact that I missed the first half. Then we just continued to sit around and listen to music and stuff. Then his roommate Jay came in, seems like a funny guy. I've heard about hi through Nick. Then I left their place at 12 and came back and talked to Emily! She's back! Yay! I missed her and she said she missed me too. lol. So we talked about each others weekend and now I'll go to sleep. I'm lying on the time, but I can do that. It's my site. 11:59PM

So last night I ended up doing two large loads of dark shirts and pants, and Nick came over around 10:30, but not before scaring the crap out of me at the window. I had a feeling he would do that. So we just hung out and talked until about 1 in the morning and then I went to sleep. Then I woke up this morning at 9 and got ready and took the bus to Wal-Mart. Woohoo. I got what I needed, and I don't think that Wal-Mart sells fruit. I really don't. Then I took the bus back and nearly missed the 2nd bus to the final stop. It was there when I arrived and I totally thought it would leave. Close. So then I went back to the dorm and did another load of laundry. I did light shirts along with my sheets. And I got lunch and checked the mail. And put the sheets back on, and omg, was that a huge pain. And difficult and took a while. And then I did my BSAD homework and then read a bit of Geog and had some soup for dinner. Now I'm going to get ready and go to the Disco Biscuits concert with Nick and maybe some people he knows. So hence this early blog. I hope it's good. Have big shoes to fill after the Flaming Lips concert. 5:15PM

Happy Anniversary to me and Emily! We've been here for a month now. Yay. But she left me today at about 6:20am to go to the bus stop and go to Boston. *sigh* Lonely without her actually. I went to Geog and had a map quiz and once again I do believe I kicked much ass. Then I went to Econ and got there early and got a center seat, yay. Because that class is hard to get a decent seat in. It get's crowded quickly and people near the edge and then it's awkward to get by them because they have to pick up either their seat and/or desk (both fold down). Anyway, had class. Then Nick and I went over this problem set that's due Monday. Feel better about that. Then we grabbed lunch at Cook and sat there for an hour or so. Then he went to his 2:30 class and I took a WebCT quiz for BSAD and then I went to my www class. I really like the guy who teaches it. Makes me laugh. The class ws very awake today, as they talked a lot. I then went back to the room and dropped off my things and then went to the bookstore to pull out some money. Then walked over to the gym to get tickets for the concert tomorrow, but I got there at 5:11 and they closed at 5. Didn't know that and now I'm screwed over and have to pay an extra $10 tomorrow. Arg. Oh well. Then I visited the friends at Harris Millis. We ate at the Marche and then went to UMall because Stephanie needed something for tomorrow morning. I got a coffee, mmm. And then we took the bus back and they are calling it a night because Maria and Alison are going to Montreal tomorrow. Cool. And so here I am at 8:45 and yeah. lol. Oh well. Woke up. Went to BSAD, feeling gooddd. Anywho. Had class and as I was going to get come coffee I spotted a police car! Score! I ran to back to my dorm to get my camera. I did and then took pictures. Finally. Thank goodness!! Took some and then went on a walk around to find some more. But didn't come up with anything, and the car was gone when I got back to the spot. So I got some coffee, finally, and went the long, completely out of the way way to get the mail. But lo and behold, I see flashing lights. I forget the mail and go to check it out. There was an ambulance. And then someone being carried out. And that'd be wrong to take a picture. So I held off. Then I got my backpack and continued to walk around. But not coming up with anything. I went to English and that was good. Then I got rid of my backpack and decided to get some lunch. I'll bring the camera just in case. So while walking I see a car off to the side and decide to approach it from behind a building, but I can't get to it since it's in a construction area. So I sat down and called my mom waiting for something to happen. And nothing really did. And my battery died so I got lunch. Called her back when in the room and ate. Did some work, but got tired so I took a small nap. Woke back up and did more and Emily was like, want to go for a walk? So I said yes and we walked downtown and she took me to battery park and that was nice. And then we went to the waterfront area. I took a few pictures. Some okay I guess. And then we went to Church Street and got Starbucks. Walked to Harris Millis and went to see Maria. We waited for Alison get back and we 4, plus a friend of Alison's, so 5, went to Redstone, but they were closed so back to Harris Millis we went. I ate a lot. Oh man did I. Yum. Then I went upstairs to Maria's room and took over the tv and watch Grey's Anatomy for the next 2 hours. Hee. And it was great. Then I came back and here I am. 11:25PM

Okay. Decent day. Woke up, feeling good! No headaches. Yay. Went to Geog. Got my map quiz back. Got a 10/10, oh yeah. I'm good. I was lucky to get my quiz because we had to fish through them through certain folders. Happened to see mine so I grabbed it and got out of there. Went to Econ. I think that midterm is making me nervous. Will be my most difficult out of the 3 I'll have. Then I went back to the dorm, checked mail and took some pictures of myself for CS and then started my large amount of homework. I finished BSAD with help from Nick. Crazy excel worksheets. Then finished the WWW project, um, it's awesome! And that's all I have to say to that. I'm just excited the JavaScript worked. Then I did English and then got dinner and wrote an English Notework thingy, 5 pages, go me. Nah, it was easy. Talked about myself. And then did Geog since I finished everything for tomorrow. And I am proud to say that I have no more homework that is due in the next few days. How awesome. I don't remember the last time I evened out like that. So tomorrow I have to, have to, find some pictures of the UVM police. I'm scared I won't be able to though. Anyway, that is it! The pudding is good here. Okay. So I had that headache last night right? Well I couldn't sleep well at all with it. Brutal. I woke up at 2, and then at 4 and stayed up at 4 because it was just way intense and painfull. Nearly crying, but wouldn't because it would make it worse. But damn, intense. But I somehow fell back asleep. A miracle. And then woke up at 7:50 and literally felt it come rushing back at me. And I felt even worse. I was soo incredibly nauesous and was so very close to skipping class. I was in absolute agony and I have no idea why. I had the same thing like 2 weeks ago, but this was just ridiculous. So much worse. So I made it to class in time, because it took me a while to gather the strength to keep getting ready. It was so weird. But during class (Same class as last time) BSAD, it got better and I was normal. So weird. And then I got some coffee and a muffin and told Emily I was better. She said earlier, when at my worse, that she'd get me some food later if I wanted. So I'm glad I didn't skip out, because I need to learn that Excel. So did some homework and then went to English. And still feeling fine. Said hey to Nick on the stairs, for 2 classes, so 1 everyday, I go into the room he just left, so it's like I'm stalking. haha. Had English, some strange guy in there. Then I went back to the room and heaated up yesterday's left over lunch.Then started my work because I was overloaded and wouldn't be able to finish everything, but I actually got a lot done. Yay! I did Econ, Geog, and my CS page done. Well, I jsut need to take a few pictures tomorrow and I'll be set! And now I'm going to start on BSAD. Got an email and I have an assignment with the newspaper. I hope I get the shots. Kinda have to be in the right spot at the right time though. Have til Thursday night. Worse comes to worse, I'll spend tomorrow afternoon walking around (since I finished the CS webpage, whoot!) Well Emily and I went to Harris Millis for dinner. Yum. And then went back and later we had a floor meeting. Was grand, and then we had to fill out this roommate agreement form. And that's it. Oh, so I've picked up on this. When it rains, it's not too intense, but like a light rain. Because at home it pours and is bad, but not here. Anyway, should get down to 59 as a high in a few days, come cold front. Let's see. My head hurts so I'm going to make this quick. I woke up and got ready. I went to Geog. It was grand, they played Wondewall by Oasis. Love that song/group. Then I had Econ and that was pretty decent. I then went back to the dorm and did some English. Which was reading the last act in Long Day's Journey into Night. I love that play and I refreshed myself on it for English tomorrow. Then I had my www class and that was good. Won't be having class on Wednesday. I then finished up my English and later went to eat with Emily. Got a lot of food mmm. And then we each went to our separate meetings. Then came back and that was that. Omg, I feel terrible. Felt okay earlier in the day, but now, horrible. I did sleep in. I got some breakfast. I did a lot of reading and work. But after eating dinner I just went down hill. Dad and mom called separately, but I just felt miserable. And this stupid animation program isn't working so I quit for the night because it's just making me upset. And I guess I don't have a fever since the thing only read 98.1 but the room is spinning. I'm going to bed early tonight. 8:43PM

Slept in and it was glorious. Then I did the usual morning business and got some coffee at the Round Room and came back and did some work because I didn't have anything else to do. Then eventually went to the Marche with Emily for some lunch. Then when it was time for dinner we walked down to Church Street got crepes. Sat and ate and then walked to Millis and gathered the friends and took a trip to Trinity and then more or less turned back around. And here we are. With a stuffy nose. Same with Emily! Yay. 11:52PM

Long day today. Woke up. Got ready and studied for my Geog quiz. Went to that class and kicked ass at the quiz. Then we finished the movie and did notes. Then I fast walked over to Econ and that was fine. Then walked with Nick on the way back to see if free food was available at this thing. And it was not free and that was disappointing. Then we went our separate ways. But in less than an hour I met up with him at the Marche for some lunch. Saw Stephanie and said hello. Then we ate and were later joined by someone he went to school with, Andrew. Interesting fellow. Then he had to go to class so I went back and did fixed this issue I was having with CS. Then went to that class. Had it and walked back with Adam. Talked about Montreal, that would be neat. Then I waited for Emily to come back and then Alison and Maria showed up at our window which was fantastic. We went outside with them and checked out the green, Outdoor Fest, that's what we named it. There was a band playing, but no one was there listening. Felt bad. Then we went over to Redstone for dinner and that was tasty. Then picked up Meghan and Stephanie and went out for a bit. Then came back and then went to see the Outdoor Fest at it's best point. But we soon left. And went back to their dorm and chilled. Hm. What happened today. Had class, BSAD. Was good. Then I ran over to Alice's Cafe, but the line was huge so I just got some coffee, but I ran into Meghan which was great. Haven't seen her in like a week. Then I went back, had my breakfast coffee and then printed out my English paper and then went to English. Then I started my laundry. I did 3 loads. Yay. I'll do the last load tomorrow combined with my sheets. What I do is wash each separately and then share the dryer time. Like use one load for 30 minutes and the 2nd load for the last 30 minutes. Yeah, I cheat it lol. So I did that and got lunch and got the mail. Then I worked on the CS thingy that I found out I might need for tomorrow, but it wasn't difficult. Then I did more homework and then got dinner and then I was persuaded, more or less lol, to go to this comedy show tonight, featuring Kyle Cease. I snuck in and sat near the back because I couldnt' find Nick and watched. It was pretty hilarious. And the band that opened was pretty good too, Amozen. Then I walked back with his group of people but I went home to do a bit more reading, because I heart it. Anyway, they were selling DVDs at $10 and crap if I had the money I would have gotten it and gotten his autograph. But alas. Next time I will bring money to these things. 10:29PM

Woke up. Took a shower. In the good shower. Got ready and went to Geog. We've been watching a movie, and it's exciting. I love that class. (Told you you could expect that, lol) Then I raced over to Econ to wait for my friends. Sat there and then yay in comes other Emily and Nick. I felt cool, sat right next to me. haha, pathetic I know. So we had class. And then I walked back with Nick and then went to my room and went to the Atrium to get a muffin, but they were out. Then I went to the bookstore to get some Robitussin because I was coughing last night and felt bad for Emily. Then I went to the Marche for some lunch. Got tuna and macorroni salad, and an egg roll. Um. Wait, is this me I bought it for? Is it? This isn't. Mom can vouch that for me, lol. But I ate it. Or mostly, I didn't like it that much lol. Then I did Geog and then went to WWW class. Oh, it's been raining all day. Like a drizzle and then a light rain, but it's annoying and cold. And wet. Duh. lol. Then I came back and finished Geog, changed some Econ up a bit. Brr cold last night, but luckily I had my extremely soft throw blanket to keep the heat in. <3 Woke up. Was completely dreading getting out of bed and stepping onto the cold floor and going into the cold hallway. Took 10 minutes to do so, lol. Got my shower. Got ready. Went to BSAD. Was good. I'm kicked much ass in that class. Got a 100 on an inclass quiz. Tehe. And we had a quiz at the end of class and Nick and I finished at the same time, and first. haha to the others. Because we knew it. Then I walked with him as he went to another class and I got coffee. Love. Then I did ... what did I do. Oh, I rewrote this essay for English. Then went to English. Then I checked the mail for the second time, lol. Oh, I got my pictures I ordered! Very exciting. I love them. Will put them up on my shrine of home/Grant. haha. ..I like it. Then I got lunch at cook and came back and found out about a pottery sale near Nick, so I ran over before it closed and bought a bowl nd mug. A mug so I can have tea. And a bowl, for, when .. I have something cereal or something to put in it in the first place lol. And then I did homework. BSAD, English, and CS. After this I'm going to study for my Geog map test on Europe. Not too worried. I've got my awesome and colorful maps from last year that my parents mailed up to me. And we had a floor meeting tonight. Was good. 10:10PM

September 11th. 5 years. Of course I'll remember what happened. It was life changing and I'll never forget. Just like I'll always talk on the internet every time this date arrives. So. I couldn't go to sleep last night. I instead listened to the iPod for a while and that was good. I woke up this morning and it was so so so cold. It was like 40 degrees and the lounge windows were open and it made hallway just freezing. So today's title for the Bathroom Adventures is "Marielle Forgets Her Towel Everytime. Took a shower, forgot my towel. Went to wash my hands after putting stuff in my hair, forgot my towel. Brushed my teeth, need to wipe my face, forgot my towel. I had Geog this morning. And I will say that I love this class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Expect it. I didn't have Econ today because she was at a meeting. I instead went to get some wonderful coffee. But! It went right through me, literally, every 20 minutes. Awful. Then I went with Emily to find the Atrium to eat. I got directions from the RA and we went on the search. Apparenlty I was just to ooblivious the first time and didn't notice the sign. So I got some food and went back. I worked on homework and then eventually went to my CS, aka WWW class. I felt like I had a fever then. I really hope I'm not getting sick. My throat isn't sore, but it's like scratchy. And everyone is sick around here. All coughing, or throwing up. I'm trying my best to stay away from the germs. So after class I called Grant and we talked for a while. Then at 6:15 I went with Emily to Harris Millis for some dinner. Then we hurried, or I hurried her, back over for our meetings. She had on, and then I had one for the college newspaper, The Cynic. I went because I want to take photos for the paper. I met up with Nick there. He was interested in the computer aspect of it. So we sat through it and then I went off with the picture group and has a small session. Looks good. One guy got all distressed because of the copyright, whatever. So then I walked back and here I am. I have to say that today's blog was absolutely fabulous, but I accidently did some shortcut apparently and closed out the window without saving. And it's just not the same. ..you know what I mean. I was so upset. I nearly cried. lol. But it was AWESOME. And now back to English and my chocolate. 9:43PM

So last night turned out well. I talked to Nick and made plans to stop by later. But I first went to Maria's room to see her and roommate Emily and give her her phone charger. I stayed with them for nearly an hour. But left at around 9:15 and walked over to Nick's, which wasn't far. He has a pretty sweet room. Well he lives in suite and just the way it's set up is pretty awesome. So I hung out with him and his friend Meaghan and we listened to music and such. Then we all left at 10:30 to go to Meaghan's room so she could get something warmer. She actually lives near me. Oh, but lol, so Nick decided a coat wouldn't do so he wore a bathrobe, lol. And so we three went to see the movie The DaVnci Code. Now I've already seen it, but it gives us something to do. And I think I liked it better then the first I saw it. So then we each went our ways and I got in at like 1:30 and did some internet things and then went to get ready for bed. So I went to the bathroom and in, well attempts, a guy tries to go to the bathroom, but opens the door, it hits the trashcan and slams back into him making him stumble backwards, he was obviously not sober. So, I'm like laughing so we won't see. He tries again and is like er I'm gonna use the bathroom. ..okay. lol. So in he goes and I'm at the sink and it's awkward. And then out he comes to wash his hands and does it for, no kidding, a minute. Then turns on the dryer and stays and then leaves. It was funny at the time people. So then I went to sleep after 2:30. Woke up at 11. Then got dressed and went to the Cyber Cafe and got some coffee. Mmm. And then did homework all day. BSAD, Econ, and Geog. It was just a lot of readying. And somewhere in there I went to get lunch at The Round Room. Mmm sandwich. And did more. Then we 5 were suppose to go out to Moe's tonight for dinner. It's like .8 miles away right. But the 3 left without me and Emly. We were very disappointed and instead went to the Marche. But I got some chocolate cake that is delicious so I am happy lol. And now here I am. 7:59PM

So someone stupid went through the wrong door and set the alarm off at 2 in the morning. It was awesome. No, I actually fell right back asleep. But wow, was it hot last night. First hot night. It was gross. Woke up at 9. Got dressed hoping to catch the 10:32 bus down to Church Street. Yeah. I missed it. lol. So I walked it. I had the goal in mind to go to the Art Hop and take pictures, but I couldn't find it. Turns out it was only a few blocks in the opposite direction I went. oh well. So I did find this farmers market thing going on and took a few, realy, a few, pictures there. Then I did some shopping. Got a few articles of clothing at Macy's and American Eagle. I also made a stop at Starbucks and before I left got some lunch. Then it started to rain. Crap. I huddled to wait for the bus and got on. I definitely went the long route but the other side didn't have a cover. And that's when I found the art hop. But too late. Rain. No thanks. So I made it back, but had to still walk a decent distance from the bus. Got the mail. And went to the room. Maria was visiting. We then listened to two hours of comedian Dane Cook. I guess that's how you spell it. Too lazy to check. Anyway then we went to eat at the Marche. And Emily and I came back. Then Emily left and I'm debateing what I should do. Hm. 8:05PM

So I lay down to go to sleep last night and the room above me breaks out the bongos and guitar and more or less start a jam session. What the hell lol. I'm trying to sleep, quiet hours are on, but oh well I managed to fall asleep. So, shower adventures continue. I am proud to say that I have successfully found a wonderful shower that does not knock me down, freeze my ass off, or flood. But it's in view of the door which is scary, but it's warm and is as beautiful as a dorm shower can be. So I had class. Really love Geog. My fav class by far I have to say. It's got to be the teacher and set up. Love it. Talked about hurricanes. As the other kids took notes, I like sat there. I knew it all from experience people. Well, to not freak out my mom, I took some yes, no worries. Point is, these kids have no idea what it is like! And she never asked if we were ever in one. Darm. Anyway. Went to Econ sat next to other Emily. Then I went to the room and made lunch and stunk up the room, my b. lol. Then Meghan and this time Maria stopped by my window lol. I later went to my WWW class. That one makes me laugh a lot. Neighbor Adam and myself talked for a bit. Said his peeps were having a barbeque, but we never went. Anyway after class I went down to Church Street with Meghan and Stephanie and shopped. I got a purse that is more practical, like one that has a huge strap and I can wear it over the head/shoulder you know? Maybe not. Anyway. Point is: it's awesome! and fits in better to the indie hippie ness lol. And I heart it. And then we walked to the bus stop to get back, but oops wrong one. Walk 3 blocks. This bus guy was like no, this one won't be here for another hour. Walk back 3 blocks and wait and get on the FREE bus. Yes. Free. Rock. But we don't have to pay for busses anyway. Go back. I drop things off here and then I go with Meghan back to her place. We actually eat first and then go to her room and have fun chatting and then go get snacks downstairs. And then 3 firetrucks come!! I watched. I have no idea why. the cooks and staff for the eating place were outside and the alarm was going off and flashing. Not sure why, maybe someone pulled it. Then they went back in after a bit. And then this guy Alain, I think, came to visit with Meghan so I left and now I'm talking to the great Maggie! 11:23PM

What a rockin day today! Although, I did wake up with this god awful headache. Probably a migraine because I really thought I was going to throw up everywhere and was scared I wouldn't be able to make it through class. But I did. Yay. But I still felt pretty bad. Luckily by the end of class I felt a little better. I got some coffee and was good to go lol. Then I ate my breakfast, leftover half of a bagel mm. Really. Then I separated my laundry, a big bag yet again. Amazing, it really never does end. And so I brought over my reds and timed it so that I could use 30 minutes of the dryer on reds and the remaining 30 on my dark shirts. So did that. Made a million trips it seemed. And I did my jeans, so 3! loads. Meghan popped up by our window again and she came with me since she was wayyy early for class. That was nice. Then I finished my laundry and got lunch and then did homework. Then Emily arrived and we later went to Harris Millis for dinner with Maria and Alison. They were going to go to the Flaming Lips concert tonight and I wasn't so sure on it. But by the end of dinner I decided to and what a great choice. Emily actually went back and turns out, she went out tonight lol. Anyway, so it was me, Alison, and Maria. We waited in line for a while before the doors opened up. Now I didn't have tickets, but new friend Nick helped set up the concert and was able to get in for free and he already had a ticket. So earlier he was like I just give mine to you and then I wasn't planning on it. But then I said, I was, and he came out and gave it to me. So yay. Ticket! lol. We went in and got a place in the pit. More or less lol. Oh, but Maria got a t-shirt. Anyway. The show finally started. There were two opening acts. I didn't care for them too much. Show started at 7 and they finally came on at about .. a little before 9 I guess. And it got crazy! And more crowded. The lead guy went into this large ball and went over us, neat. And then they did the songs and it WAS AWESOME. It was soo much fun. I'm so glad I went. The atmosphere was amazing. So I officially heart this band deeply lol. But omg, do I smell so so so bad. A mix of sweat (so sweaty there, gross), and other things I won't mention lol. But it was so much fun. And the confetti was fun lol. Good time good time. Then I came home and here I am eating pretzels for some salt. Anyway. Totally rec that anyone goes to that concert if they have the chance. It was just so awesome. So very. 11:22PM

Some of the construction shook me away this morning. Thanks, but I have an alarm for that. It's really not that bad considering it's like 30 feet from our window. Anyway, another tale in the showers: I just can't win. So this past week I've gotten cold water in two different ones. So I was going to try the other side. There are 4 on this other side. Now Emily 'has' one and sometimes we end up being there at the same time so I wouldn't bother trying 'hers' out. So I tried the one right next to it. I turn on the water and might as well have been blasted through the wall and into the next one. The pressure was intense but I didn't feel like switching. So whatever, I'll tough it out. Okay so done with my hair and what's this I'm splashing in? I look down and the shower is beginning to fill up. The draining sucks. Great. So I'm like, who cares I'll just hurry up before it overflows. I've got about 4 inches of a ledge before it goes over. So I hurry, wash, and then do a quick shave. But oh man was it close! It was nasty too, so I was balancing on the other ledges against the sides so I wouldn't be in that mess. lol. So I can't win. I'm trying another one tomorrow. So I had Geog. I love that class. She had a powerpoint and up comes a picture from New Orleans during Katrina. I thought, how ironic and hoped that she would ask if anyone was in it here, rare, but I wanted it lol. She didn't but we'll talk about hurricanes on Friday. Maybe. So then I had Econ and sat next to other Emily. Then I was apparently suppose to meet up with this Nick fellow because we're both in the business administration bit. So we go through the club fair thingy and then we split. I go get the mail. Got some awesome Wall Street Journals. Then I did some work and then went to my WWW class. He's a cool professor. Funny. Then this guy Adam 'my neighbor' if you will in class, he sits like 2 seats over introduced himself and then it got awkward lol. So he went his way back and I did lol. Just in time. Then I called Grant. :) And then I later got dinner and some fantastic desserts at Harris Millis. Mm. Sweets. Then I chilled with all the girls and then eventually went back home. Called mom and then finished my WWW and Econ work. And now I have that reading still to do for English. But! Accomplishment for tonight: I used Unix to submit something. homg. Had my BSAD class today. Last Thursday I had to take a readiness test on some programs used on the computer. The highest grade was an 84. Two people got that score. I WAS ONE OF THEM. Hells yes. That makes me excited. Good start huh? Pshh yeah. Happy mom? All those 'wasted' hours, haha, just kiddinggg... . Anyway. I got a package from home and that was exciting, but I had issues carrying it back with a coffee balanced on top lol. Then I did some work and then had English. Then I checked the mail, a letter! lol. Made a trip to the bookstore and then started more work. Worked and then had dinner at Cook Commons with Emily and then did more work. Just finished BSAD homework, so I'll start on Eng in a moment. I only have 1 class this week for Eng, which is nice, but she loaded us up of course. I miss Grant. 74 more days until I am home. (later) Went to dinner as planned and finished up at about 6:40. We stood in the line that opens the doors at 7. That time came and we got pretty decent seats. My ass was hurting on the bleachers, but it was fine enough. Then finally, at 8:20 the shower started. I enjoyed. I thought Bob Saget was pretty damn hilarious. He was raw and said fuck and shit over a 100 times, but I thought it was funny. Glad I went. Then me and Emily went to Maria's room and watched an old episode of Project Runway. Then we walked back home. And now I'm going to sleep lol. 10:48PM
-Let's see. I did the usualy morning routine of taking a shower and getting ready. I got some coffee and a muffin and ate that. Then I called up the Millis girls and talked about buying those Bob Saget tickets. They walked over, after waiting around for a bus that never came, Labor Day. I met up with them and we searched for it. Found it finally and got those tickets. Then I walked with them to Living Learning and we explored for a brief amount of time until we got bored and left for our own rooms. I worked on homework and now I'm about to go eat dinner with them, that's the plan anyway, at 6 and then go over to the Bob Saget thing at 7. And the show starts at 8! I am very excited. But on a sad and serious note, my friend's dad's funeral was today. I really wish I could have been there but I do believe my dad went so that is good. It was suppose to be at 1, the service, so I just decided to have a minute of silence at 2, my time. I still find the news shocking. I saw him a good amount of times and now that's it. It's just too bad. She shouldn't have to go through that at such a young age. And one more, although I feel terrible mentioning it along with the previously mentioned topic, but Steve Irwin died too. Shocked as well. He was just so hyped up I didn't think he ever would you know? Crazy. And how tragic. I'm tired of death. 5:39PM

(later) So we girls ended up going out to Church Street today to finish up some shopping. Waited for the bus, but had some time so we went to the Marche to have sone lunch. Then we took that bus and shopped around. I got some sweatpants at Victoria's Secret woohoo. Then we took the bus back. Oh and got starbucks again. I love. Took that bus back. I got some pita bread and mustard at the marche for sandwiches, sorta. And then did some homework. Then I went with Emily to grab a sandwich at the Round Room. It was pretty good. And now Meghan, Maria, and Alison are on their way over. I expect to hear about the long distance to get here and maybe the possibility of getting lost. lol. 9:47PM
-Okay, so I missed yesterday, oh well. Anyway, on the night of Sept 1, we ended up failing in an attempt of finding something to do. Instead, we walked around looking for something for about 2 and a half hours. and then went to sleep lol. Yesterday I woke up kinda early because the loft people were suppose to pick up our returning loft at 10:45. I get a call around then that they'll come at 11:30. Okay. Well, he did at 11:45. But it's gone and that is all that matters! Yay! So then I went with the girls down to Church Street. Some went to bank. The rest sat and then Emily and I got some crepes for lunch. And then shopped. I got this nice shirty thing. And then a nice bracelet, that was apparently a fabulous deal. I thought it was good, so I bought it without his saying so. lol. But I like it a lot. And then I went back to the dorms with Meghan and Stephanie. We sat, but I went to drop things off after Emily came back. Then we took care of a few things here and then went back over to the girls to have dinner. But they were doing laundry so we chilled with them down in the basement lol. Then we figured out where to eat dinner and called in Domino's. Oh. Hilarious. So Maria was on the phone and we were going to pay by our CatScratch card, but she didn't have money on it, and no one else down there did either! But I did so while on the phone we run up 3 flights of stairs to get to my card and to pay. Well, it was funny when happening. So we got the food, yay. And then we ate and watched Anchorman. And talked and tried to open Maria's lock because her roommate locked her out and left while she was doing laundry. Then a cop opened it for us. And then we checked her room out and then me and Emily walked back. So some things on the shower. I was in there one time and apparently someone on the floor above me was taking a shower at the same time. Because! Cold water from the ceiling kept dripping onto me. It was gross. And then today and yesterday the water has been cold. I thought someone messed with our pipes, but I think it might be there particular shower so now I have to pick a new fav one. Aw. I'll update, hopefully, again later. Oh! Today was the first day I was able to sleep in! Really. 12:19PM

Omg. It's September! Which mean I will be a year older later in the month. I am getting old. 19. Geez. lol. I certainly don't even feel 18 now. Akways happens. Oh well. lol. I guess I can accept it. Anyway! So before I went to my geography class this morning I got a call from the loft people and they are to pick up the returning loft tomorrow. This makes me very happy. And a happy 1 week anniversary for being at UVM for a whole week now. lol. Anyway went to Geog. I really really like that class. Good teacher and she just has a nice format. I am totally knocking down some time when I'm hauling ass to get to my next one. Today it much have only took me 4 minutes, or less. lol. It's a long walk guys. And uphill. Yeah. Okay, I am pathetic. Whatev. So I had Econ was looking for another girl named Emily so I could sit with her, but I didn't see her. Apparently she was just behind me lol. Then I did one final load of laundry and had lunch and read some stuff on Outlook and then went to my comp class and that was pretty good. And came back. Talked to Grant which was nice to do finally. And then I think I sat around at the comp for a long time. I did go eat dinner with roommate Emily and we've pretty much jsut come back. Would like to do something tonight, but I think my girl friends are already out. Ah well. Only the beginning. And woohoo to a 3 day weekend. 8:41PM
